I was a little disappointed with the overall stay, the location to begin with was a little hidden and to leave the hotel we needed to walk up a hill or down a hill, the view from the rooms was bad the windows were super dirty anyway, you’ll find a hotels and buildings around you with no view or whatsoever and the light barely enters the suite. The service was so slow and we needed to keep ask for the bare minimum such as water everyday and toilet paper. Barely any amenities and the staff wasn’t super welcoming. The breakfast was the same for 5 days except once they changed the “main course” and there weren’t many options to begin with. I think it’s to safe to say I’d never book at this hotel again.

Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is a truly fabulous hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this establishment. The rooms are impressively spacious and very new, having been in operation for just a few months. Everything in the room was in perfect order, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness. The service at Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is exceptional. The staff are attentive, professional, and quick to respond to any requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered is generally good, though it could benefit from a greater variety of options to cater to different tastes. The location of the hotel is another significant advantage. Situated close to a Carrefour, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes, it provides convenient access to amenities and dining choices. Additionally, parking is hassle-free, which is a considerable benefit for those traveling by car. The apartment-like rooms are particularly well-suited for long stays, equipped with everything needed to make guests feel at home. I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the provision of dishwasher tablets and laundry powder alongside the dishwasher and washing machine. These small details demonstrate a commitment to guest comfort and convenience. It will be interesting to see how this hotel maintains its standards as it ages, but as of now, Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana offers outstanding value for money. Whether you are staying for a short visit or an extended period, this hotel is an excellent choice that combines luxury, convenience, and top-notch service.

Great but unfortunately Trip.com does not offer it to customers. Its location is behind me, opposite Hilton Bomonti, close to Sisli, but it is on a back street, a quiet neighborhood, and in a high area, and it is not easily recognized or discovered. Its downside is its high price, but it is the best hotel I have known, and I was angry that I did not discover it until one night. I blame Trip.com, which did not direct me to it. It puts very bad hotels in its location. It does not protect the customer's rights.
