Kahvaltıda dikkat ettim zarar ziyan israf olacak ürünler konmamış bu duyarlılık için ayrıca kendi adıma kaynak tüketmedikleri için shreaton ailesine yine teşekkür ederim .her gün odamız tertemiz girdik .her ay birlikte olabilmek dileğiyle ...

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, with free parking on the third floor below ground. The two restaurants downstairs of the hotel (one Turkish restaurant, one Japanese and Korean restaurant, Michelin) are also very delicious and are a good place to dine.

Very old building.. tight rooms.. I think all accor may have to change this building for 4 star. Location about 13km to fatih and taksim.. But place is ok alot of shops nearby and resturants and cafes . No security guard Only reception. Breakfast almost the same every day Staff very helpful..thank you..

Hotel was great, and Seaview was OK. Breakfast was all you can eat buffet. It changed everyday, sometimes it was eggs, sausage, and it would have soup everyday. The rest of the food consisted of deli meat such as chicken, and other meats with cheese. They had salads and a mixture of veggies. Overall you could easily fill your stomach and be fine all day. They took care of us.

Service: I called in advance to confirm the room availability. I checked in at around 22:00 that night. The staff was very enthusiastic and gave each person a glass of apple juice. Hygiene: The overall hotel hygiene is very good, and all the rooms are new. Facilities: There are personal daily necessities in the room. I didn't go to the restaurant, swimming pool, or massage, so I don't know. Environment: The hotel is located in the city, with a variety of travel routes. There are two shopping malls and a pedestrian street nearby. The room is close to the elevator, but there is no noise, and the sound insulation is also good. It is OK among hotels of the same price.

The hotel's location is good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room itself fell very badly. Our room had no window, which gave a narrow feeling. The sound isolation was very bad: when someone was doing a shower in the neighbouring room, it seemed to be literally happening in our room; and conversations from other rooms were clearly hearable, which was at the expense of our night rest. The bed was not comfortable and of moderate quality, which caused us to have not been able to sleep well. In addition, the toilet did not work properly, the switching was difficult. Generally, everything in the room feels cheap and poorly maintained. In short, although we are positive about the staff and location, the state of the room and the comfort level is far below the size. We would not book this hotel again.

The room is very nice and clean, the environment is pretty good, and the soundproofing is also very good. The surrounding facilities are very complete. There are a lot of food and many small shops nearby. It is very convenient to go anywhere.

A normal small hotel on 2-3 night. There were problems with Wifi, but connected to another network and it was ok. There is a embankment nearby
