Location is excellent on road close to market room are soo tinny but location is best staff is also polite and main 24 hrs Mc Donald in your hotel

The hotel is 5 kilometers away from the city center, the location is a bit flat, there are many local shopping centers around, the price-performance ratio is slightly insufficient. But the hotel is located on a high ground, you can see the Bosphorus Strait, the top floor restaurant can overlook the surroundings, you feel high up, the front desk service is good, help to call a taxi.

The hotel is conveniently located on a side street, approximately 8 minutes' walk from Osmanbey metro station. The hotel has a personal and private atmosphere. I was welcomed by friendly staff and given a room on the second floor. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped for business travellers. The breakfast is quite perfect, and all the restaurant staff are extremely friendly and caring. Thank you for the lovely stay at your hotel.

The airport taxi taxied about 800 lira for 15 minutes. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was suitable for excessive transfers. The handsome guy at the service desk had a super good attitude and explained patiently and meticulously. There is a mosque opposite the hotel that is very distinctive.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my check-in experience on the night. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the nightshift receptionist was highly unsatisfactory and dumb. Upon arrival, the porter appeared unwell and was notably discourteous. He was unable to efficiently process my check-in, which caused a significant delay - I arrived early and there were rooms available but instead of earning a guest you letting people move a way. After a long journey, this was a disappointing welcome. Thankfully, the receptionist, Mert, provided excellent service. He was professional, polite, and clearly explained the hotel's procedures. His assistance turned a negative situation into a positive one. This feedback is to have a word with your night receptionist please. Also, I booked a room with partial sea view but given a room that views the city but the view is nice and room is nice.

What was good: 01. The breakfast service was excellent. There weren't any particularly heavy dishes, and the menu was simple enough for a quick bite to eat. However, the fact that there were only two beverage options besides coffee could be improved. 02. The soundproofing was good. I couldn't hear anything from the next room. 03. The bathroom was clean and comfortable to use. What was not memorable was: 01. The staff member's expression was too gloomy during breakfast service. I believe it's the staff's responsibility to welcome everyone in the morning. 02. I don't know about the other rooms, but my room didn't have a personal safe. The check-in information clearly mentioned a safe, but I couldn't find one in my room no matter how hard I searched. 03. Trip.com listed a ”station pickup service” as part of the hotel's amenities. Because of the ambiguous distance, I walked to the hotel instead of taking a taxi. I asked about the ”station pickup service” via WhatsApp three days before check-in, but no one responded. If they had provided detailed information about the hotel's services—the ”pool,” ”station pickup service,” and ”steam room”—and their locations, I would have been able to fully enjoy the hotel as a first-time guest and have a more memorable experience.

Don’t forget valuable things inside the room! Wallet went missing from our room, spent half day to report it to police, to avoid that just be careful, we weren’t. We were a group of 5 and the other two rooms had no problems they were more cautious. Clean hotel, good location, breakfast with options for everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, a quiet place. It's also easy to walk to various attractions. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and the fruit was delicious. Parking was a little inconvenient, but everything else was fine.

Unfriendly staff, you pay extra for the cappuccino even with breakfast already paid for, not interesting at all...the cleanliness leaves something to be desired

It's quite far from the city center and tourist attractions. The hotel is a bit old, so the overall experience was just average. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options; recommended. There's a main road right in front, making temporary parking difficult. A short walk away is a subway station, making it convenient to get to Istanbul city center and tourist attractions.
