Just home from an unforgettable week at Elounda Beach Hotel - honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Breakfast was unreal - we were excited for it every morning. The rooms had everything you’d need and the views over Elounda Bay were absolutely stunning. There are four different restaurants at the hotel so we had something new every night - loads of variety and everything we tried was delicious. The town is just a short walk away too - a really cute little fishing village with proper Greek vibes and great food. The beach was a dream. The sunbeds were super comfy and every morning someone came straight over to set up covers, give us fresh towels and a cold bottle of water - such a nice touch. But what really made the trip was the staff. They were honestly amazing - so friendly, helpful, and just lovely to be around. The only small issue we had was the air con in our room not working properly, but as soon as we told them, they had someone up to sort it straight away. Can’t recommend this place enough – already looking forward to next year!

We have just returned from a week at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we weee made to feel welcomed. The staff are all so friendly, polite & above all professional. They obviously take pride in their work. Our room was in the spa building and had a fantastic sea view. Although the rooms are perhaps a little dated for some they are spotlessly clean and the furnishings are of good quality. Our room was cleaned twice daily. The towels & linens were very good. It was lovely to have a bottle of wine & fresh fruit on arrival. We were booked in on a bed & breakfast basis. Breaksfast is of good quality and there is plenty to suit all tastes/dietary requirements. Again the staff were all excellent. The pool area was spotlessly clean and there are plenty of comfortable sun beds.A special mention must go to Georgia who brought drinks/snacks to us when we were poolside. She is a star… nothing was too much trouble and it really was service with a smile. The location of the hotel is simply stunning, the gardens are well cared for and so beautiful. The private beach is lovely and we definitely recommend the beach side bar. We did not use the restaurants on site for evening meals but we were assured by other guests that all of them are excellent. We were in Elounda last September at the Elounda Palace and this time wanted to sample the local cuisine in the town. There are ample places to eat and we had some of the best fish we’ve ever tasted. The customer experience team were most helpful during our stay and booked taxis for us into Elounda & Plaka. A special thanks to Joanna from the team who was most helpful and also for arranging a later checkout for us. We want to thank the whole Elounda Beach team for making our stay with you so special. We had the best, comfortable and totally relaxing holiday! Front start to finish it was fabulous xx

As returning guests of many years Elounda Beach never fails to impress us.There are too many wonderful staff members to mention by name they anticipate our every need, nothing is too much trouble. We are on holiday from the minute we arrive in the tranquil setting thank you to everyone for making a much needed holiday so special. Food and drinks quality and service excellent as always Just one disappointment this year was the absence of the experienced,friendly and helpful team of Nikos and Panos who had looked after the beach loungers for so many years,hopefully the new team will grow into their role given time and guidance. This aside we are already looking forward to our next trip.

Absolutely amazing stay at Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas! The spacious villas with private pools are a dream come true – modern luxury meets natural beauty. We also loved the endless options for activities and relaxation: from water sports to spa treatments, there’s something for everyone. A big thank you to the fantastic team who made our stay so memorable.

Just returned from a week at Elounda Beach, and from arrival to departure the staff at the hotel can not do enough for you. Our room, in the spa building had a lovely view over the bay, was always spotless and the evening turn down service was a lovely extra. We used the private beach a few times and the beach staff were very attentive always there to set up your beds and umbrella. When you first arrive at the beach you are allocated sunbeds for the duration of your stay which is a nice touch and removes the daily chore of trying to find a bed each day. Also can't fault the beach bar staff, although the price of food and drinks at the hotel is expensive, but that is to be expected. Special mention has to go to the lady that works at the piano bar, we had a latte there before we departed and it was superb, and the little chocolates were devine. Definitely worth a visit. On our first day we hired a car from a wonderful lady at Green Motion, located at the hotel and cannot recommend her enough. If you are thinking of renting a car definitely go see her. The car was perfect for getting us out and about and her knowledge and advice about the car and also about the local area was superb. She couldn't do enough for you and we would definitely use her again. Would we stay at Elounda Beach again, yes.

Really lovely venue and location. Facilities at the hotel are excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful Could not have been better apart from the prices in the hotel for drinks and meals. We were on a B & B package and walked into the town most evenings. However we would have used the hotel restaurants and the bars if the prices were more reasonable
