Estivemos de 07 a 09/10/22 no Palmier Hotel para um Congresso de Casais e tivemos uma excelente surpresa. Literalmente um oásis no Centro de Itaboraí, sem barulho, todo arborizado, com um lindo trabalho de jardinagem, super aconchegante, espaços bem cuidados, estacionamento para todos os quartos, peças antigas e históricas na decoração sem ser antiquado, cardápio variado e muuuuuuuuito gostoso, especialmente a torta de maçã. Equipe gentil e bem profissional. Quartos limpos e perfumados todos os dias, com o necessário para uma estadia tranquila, roupa de cama e toalhas novas, limpinhas e cheirosas. Eu e meu marido recomendamos sim, sem arrependimentos.

Palmier nunca decepciona. Atendimento sempre muito bem, mesmo com rodízio de funcionários. Desde a moça da limpeza até recepção. Tudo muito limpo, hotel bem cuidado e bonito. Das 5x que me hospedei, primeira vez que peguei ele cheio. Também foi tudo ok. Só acho que deveria colocar algo pra amenizar o barulho da porta. O entra e sai de hóspedes incomodou bastante. O café da manhã me senti constrangido com a moça, ou melhor, vigilante, porque ficava olhando o q botava no prato, sua mesa e de outros hóspedes.
