Exelente Hotel. Not big but wat much comfortable than some big ones.. Very nice services. I like most the girl called Maria works in the reception, super nice, and warm heart. big smile always. Anyway, I feel very comfortable living in this hotel, I am not used to recommend people hotels but this definitely will do. Hopefully you will like it too.

hOTEL 10 ITAJAI, uma das melhores experiências de hospedagem que pude vivenciar. Hotel limpo, aconchegante, preocupação intermitente com meu bem estar, durante hospedagem de 15 dias que tive em Novembro/22. Gratidão aos queridos funcionários: Limpeza: Liliane, Pricila, Leide e Jessica. Cozinha: Juliane, Lu, Ingride, Marcelo, Fabrizio e Naftali e da Recepção: Agatha, Larissa, Rafael e em especial ao JUNIOR que com sua educação, sua eficiência, sua prestatividade em todos os momentos me deixava muito confortável. Parabéns a todos, e minha eterna gratidão por terem feito parte deste momento tão importante de minha vida. Minha única observação, ai para a rede do Hotel 10. Priorizem alguns ítens de necessidades básicas para pessoas ´PCD como eu, exemplo, uma vaga de garagem demarcada, quartos adequados mais próximosma recepção.

O hotel é ok, mas tivemos a infeliz ideia de jantar no restaurante do hotel e foi o pior jantar da minha vida. Tivemos que ir buscar as bebidas, a comida demorou para vir, o pedido foi tirado errado, o pão do hamburguer era de cimento e eles não colocam mais a cebola caramelizada pq ninguém gosta, mas não tiraram do cardápio e não avisaram. A garçonete ainda disse que a culpa foi minha pq eu não perguntei se todos os ingredientes vinham realmente no sanduíche. Não tem ketchup o frango veio duro (menos duro que o pão) e sem prato para comer (tivemos que pedir). Jantamos batata frita pura.
