TTheGiantPandaThe hotel is literally 100m from Saga JR station. We make it as a midway stop to Huis The Bosch. This little city has the best beef and a fantastic onsen to offer.
Onsen is 20mins away by foot. On the way, there is one big Japanese drugstore to fill your suitcase!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right next to Saga Station, with convenient transportation, and it's very convenient to take the airport bus and JR. The room I was given on the third floor had an air conditioner from the opposite building outside the window, which was a bit noisy, and there was no sunlight, but I was only staying for one night because I had a transfer, so I could handle it. The windows of the even-numbered rooms on the lower floors may all be like this, so friends who are going to stay there can avoid the even-numbered rooms on the lower floors. The hotel also offers rice, bread, curry, salad, cooked vegetables, and natto for breakfast, which is enough to fill you up.

YYifan63There is a direct bus from Saga Airport to Saga Station. The hotel is opposite the station, and the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel provides free breakfast, which is relatively simple. There is an artificial hot spring on the ground floor. It is very comfortable to take a bath when you come back at night. The single room is relatively small, but it is still good for one person to live in, mainly because the cost performance is relatively high. The room facilities are relatively simple and old-fashioned, and should be a certain age.

DDingmaotoulangtouLet's talk about the advantages first: From the outside, the hotel is well maintained. The staff nodded and greeted us when we entered and exited. They were very polite. The scenery of the location is very good. The river outside the window and the trees opposite are simply refreshing. It is within walking distance of the hot air balloon museum. There is a bus stop at the door. Saga is not big, and it is enough to take the bus to wander around. There are no convenience stores around, and you need to walk for a while. Saga is indeed very rural, but it is this rustic feeling that makes me feel comfortable here. You can take a bus from the hotel to the bus center, where you can take all transportation routes. The only thing that may be a little uncomfortable is that the quilt cover is very slippery. The mattress will fall out of the quilt cover when you sleep. The pillow is only soft and hard, but not high and low. It is not comfortable to sleep on the neck. Everything else is really good. There are ice cups in the refrigerator, and you can make iced American coffee by yourself. Next time I go, I will stay here again. I like it very much.

There is a shopping area just behind the hotel, and lots of eateries available. The Kumamoto castle is also within walking distance.
The washroom's cleanliness and amenities are tip top. There are no complaints. There is also a washing machine and dryer which is convenient if you need to do some laundry during your travels.
There is also a female bath but I didn't have time so I have no comments on that.
There was also a rest area for dining which is good for people who wants to eat take-away or convenience store foods. There is a hot water provider and microwave, but there was no drinking water supply. (I guess you'll need to buy bottled water, which in this case, there are several vending machines within the premise)

MmistergusIf you are just staying in Saga for one night, you can still consider it. I really don't recommend other hotels because the bed is very small and the bathroom is really average. You don't even want to take a shower. Of course, if you have the courage, you can try the hot spring bath on the ground floor. You can get toiletries in the lobby and there is also free Costa coffee. So you can't ask for too much for this price. It is a certain distance from the airport on foot, but it is within an acceptable range. Across the main road outside the hotel (next to the airport bus station) there is a supermarket that is larger than 711 and opens until 12 o'clock in the evening, which is convenient for guests who want to buy things when they return late, but it is not duty-free.

KKEI AboutA three-story hotel with only stairs. Breakfast is included and you can change to rice balls (room meals). Breakfast was delicious. Key to an ordinary condominium instead of a card key. So when you enter the room, you need to lock yourself. The area around the hotel is pitch black and there is a convenience store for the time being. Don't expect amenities, but it's good. Women need full equipment. It smells unique tobacco because it can smoke. It is a very inconvenient place without a car
