Nice hotel. Great service! Location ia fine. Breakfast it’s simple but you have choices. The rooftop is amazing.

The room was spacious enough for two ppl to live. The staff speaks English. When you check in you need to pay €150 deposit which will be returned to you after check out. There’s no cleaning daily and you need to take out the trash and wash dishes yourselves. Overall a good hotel with good location, being near tram and walkable distance bus and metro stop.

The price and location are great. For a three star with substandard loose foam bits is not good. Manager hesitate in giving out poor quality pillows. The 9 euro breakfast was very good.

The rooms isn’t clean as expected. Very dusty

The hotel is about 8 minute walking from metro station Porte de Choisy. There are some restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the hotel costs 9 euros per person. The room is big and there is a small kitchen inside. There is a gym too but I did not check it out. The staffs however were not very friendly and made mistakes like charging me the tax for two persons without first asking me.

Locations is ok, but everything need extra cost, such as new towel and room cleaning

The hotel doesn't cancel the pending credit card charge of 100 euros for deposit after having checked out for 7 days. I followed their requirements of cleaning the rooms, and there is no message about their slow action!

My last room stay at this hotel wasn’t good. Small space.

Clean and staregies area

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The atmosphere is really good: safe, relaxing, and comfortable. The breakfast is quite cost-effective, and the coffee is delicious. The weather in Paris was not too hot and was very comfortable. I could even see the stars from the window at night.

Very welcoming staff. Very well-equipped, well-appointed, and bright studio. The housekeeping is rather superficial, but if you're not allergic, you'll be fine. ℹ️ The rooms facing the street aren't the quietest, but they're still bearable. Pleasant rooftop on the 7th floor.

I stayed here for 3 nights. There are two stations, Line 7 and Line 14, so it was easy to access both the airport and the city. However, the pillow had a damp smell like a rag and was unusable. Also, there was no door to the shower room, so the floor on the toilet side got soaked no matter what I did. There were also quite a few bugs, whether ants or flies. Also, the room was never cleaned, so I had to hang out my bath towels myself.
