Sunday Hotel

Wonderful place adjacent to the beach. Close the airport. Lovely staff. The pool and garden area very well maintained.

First time visitors to The Sunday and Rhodes. We will most definitely return. Amazing 2 week stay in apartment 208. Family of 4 with a 15 and 11 year old. Nice small friendly complex. Owners could not do enough while we were there. Apartment was more than adequate. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning. Close to numerous bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Ate out every night and sampled traditional Greek dishes. The road was busy but we always managed to cross. Large supermarket a stone throw away. Never an issue getting a sunbed at any time of the day. Looking forward to returning next year.

Went Sunday hotel for 11 nights and on the first two days we didn’t have a sunbed as towels were put down, so unfortunately we had to do the same. Never have I been to a small hotel and had to do this as we go to these more then the big- for this reason. Not enough sunbeds for the amount of people. The rooms were average, we did one day drop an earring under the bed and when pulled out we found tablets, broken glass and a flannel. The views were not that good one of our family members had where they were looking on top of a roof and was really not nice. The road that you cross to get to the resort is so busy and dangerous not good with people who find it hard to walk fast as cars do not stop and you have to just step out and run which was scary with kids. We did however because of the road and not really enjoy the resort- stay at the hotel annd eat and can honestly say the waiter was fabulous, was so friendly and always happy and helpful. A credit to the hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel you will find the supermarket which is better and quicker then walking towards the main road. Also be careful with the stairs the carpet and grips are falling apart, and is quite dangerous as it’s an accident waiting to happen. Hopefully will see this and it get replaced.

We have been going to Sunday Hotel for over 20years and the family run Hotel is fantastic Toula Tina Kiriaki Michael Aneza Jimmy and of course Stelios keep the place buzzing lovely Buffet breakfast to suit all tastes.grest size bedrooms and immaculate always .Close to shops bus stop Beach .The restaurant food is excellent plenty of choice.and lots of nice places to eat close by.Also we have met some great people from all over the world over our time there.Thank you to all at Sunday see you all soon Oh by the way I love the cold pool in a hot Summer very refreshing and a cold shower after envigorating.
