Old hotel and no facilities. Night shift receptionist talk good English, but not for day shift. Should have better choice with this money.

The service was excellent. We had a problem upon arrival as we could not communicate and find our ways to the hotel and the Manager of the hotel Mr Sadat was nice enough to pick us up using his own car to get to his hotel.
The breakfast served was excellent with wide variety.

Service was great except they gave me a smaller room to what I bought for my first night. Located near Basmane station, restaurants and shops . Can experience Turkish lifestyle in the area. Breakfast was excellent. Room was always well cleaned and housekeeper was really friendly.

- The location is good, only a few minutes from the metro station to the hotel.
- The attitude of the counter staff is not friendly.
- The hotel gave us the wrong room. We booked a double room which should included two single beds. However, the room we ended up staying in had only a small bed and only one set of all amenities (but we found out later and didn’t took any pics, that’s why we didn’t reflect to the hotel immediately).
- The room facilities are dilapidated and the locks on the windows are broken too, which poses a security risk.

The room was pretty good for the price. The location is center. No view. Bathroom and toilet are small and average in terms of cleanliness. The shower hose is leaking!!! Only provide quilt cover without quilt for guests to use😩it make me feel strange!!!

The room is small and near the restaurant.It is too noisy. There is no hot water in my room. Bad experience! It doesn't deserve a three star hotel.
