When we first entered, the room was dirty, but they cleaned it thoroughly after we mentioned it. Of course, I would have preferred it to be clean beforehand. The staff are friendly and the location is good. The breakfast is quite sufficient compared to similar places.

The hotel has a convenient location, quite close to the main attractions, as well as Basmane and Çankaya metro stations. The hotel offered a typical Turkish breakfast (boiled eggs, bread, olives, cheese, sausage, vegetables, tea, etc.). The room itself is small and not the cleanest, but it's livable. Housekeeping didn't clean the room once during my 4-day stay. It was impossible to turn off the air conditioning as the remote was broken, so it was cold in the room at night. It's okay for a 1-2 day stay.

Shower didn’t work very well sprayed out every where no fan in the bathroom to air it out either had a damp smell. Childeren need to be kept quiet at 7 in the morning while other guests are trying to sleep. Service was good and very polite

SMELL COMING OUT ONTO A WASHROOM AND BED ,Bed are not good staff on night time had a bad behaviour my guest want to see me i ask can i get into bed he refused and after used antisocial behaviour saying your family guest are trouble i feel genticaly offensive i ignored after wr come back on after 1am in the mornjng they check id so bad rewiws cause Breakfast not good guys if u want to travel or book this hotel - Ill pass u try something else not this hotel
