VERY BAD SERVICE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF FOOD IS TERRIBLE UNCOMFORMTABLE PLACE DIRTY ROOMS WE ORDERED BREAKFAST NO MILK WITH COFFEE COLD EGGS NO ONE LISTEN TO OUR COMPLAINTS I DONT KNOW THAT THE PLACE LOOKS TO OLD AND OVER USED LACK OF TRAINING

The beautiful place has done a 360 turnaround with its customer service. The staff were warm and pleasant, went above and beyond to make my stay very memorable, the food was delicious and the amenities were very satisfactory. The room was clean and with much improved maintenance from my last stay. Will be returning to the same hotel anytime I touch down in Abuja. Highly recommended

Despite being a really big hotel, it's quiet. It however has lots of maintainance issues that need to be addressed immediately. The walls of the room where I stayed on the 3rd floor need a lot of re-doing, despite the rich and opulent design which I love so much. Hot water must be made available at all times as I stayed a full day with no hot water running in the tap. The staff kept lying about the water and tea water Jug till my husband went down and stayed put before it was brought to us. The staff need a lot of training when employed though they are not doing so bad. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay.

Had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for a reunion with friends. First off, the parking space is huge and can accommodate as many cars as guests(slight exaggeration). I think accessibility to the place is easy using google map. Security is also available. For facilities, the hotel has enough. It has 3 halls for occasions, a lounge that is tastefully furnished, a gym, swimming pool with outside bar and Wi-Fi is available. The rooms are tastefully decorated though becoming worse for wear. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Michael the manager. Their restaurant also belts out both local and continental dishes. In all, a good place to stay in abuja

Avoid this hotel. The hotel has terrible service and the food is bad, both breakfast and dinner. You want eggs for breakfast, pay extra, you want milk, sorry only powder. Hotel rooms have phones but they dont work, internet is mostly not working or slow. The hotel is 8 years old yet feels old and poorly maintained. I would not stay again
