The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Told us after check in if you need anything to please call the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

the staff wasn’t interested in helping, not friendly, and didn’t want to help with getting more towels. the breakfast buffet was very mediocre, i’ve had better in these 3 star hotels

The staff has been phenomenal. A young man named Chris has beeen more than accommodating. I give the hotel 5 stars for him alone.
Dasia was also absolutely amazing. She was very easy going and easy to talk to.
And then there was shae* at late night. She was so friendly and her smile and her addictive laugh was enough to make me want to keep going to the front desk. Overall this has been my BEST hotel stay I’ve ever had.

When we entered our room we noticed a terrible smell and it was extremely humid. Being late, we quickly went to bed. The next morning we discovered that the carpet was SOAKING wet. When we complained at check-out, we were informed that there had been a leak in the floor above us. Our room was not fit to be inhabited. I have not heard from the property as promised.
Additionally, we waited over ten minutes at the unmanned desk for check-out before a woman tending the breakfast area saw us and went and found the woman who was supposed to be at the front desk.
The breakfast selection was great but much of the food was well beyond edible and should have been discarded. Overall, this property suffers from management problems.

Marissa was a wonder clerk! Their shuttle also will drive you anywhere within a 3mile radius! So convenient! Hands down a great place to stay!

When i got to the property there was no room for me. After about an hour delay they found me a room at another hotel. Not a good day for this traveling senior. Do better.

Clean room, good breakfast. Room wasn't cleaned after first day. Had to go ask for fresh towels.

Kiana was breakfast share is the first person that greeted us upon checking in. She was there throughout our stay, and made sure that we were accommodated in every way this hotel is fabulous. Clean is convenient to everything and the staff is amazing and the breakfast out of this world you should stay here if trying to decide.
