My friends and I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Jaffna Heritage Hotel. From the smooth check-in process to the very clean Rooms, calm ,simple ,chamming heritage hotel vibes and five-star staff service. What impressed us most, however, was the genuine care and compassion the team showed. It’s clear this hotel hires and trains its staff with true professionalism so they can provide guests with exceptional service and satisfaction. From our initial call to inform them of a late check-in, to requesting room-service, refilling water , Jaffna Attraction places information , every request was handled promptly and graciously. I’d like to personally recognize a few staff members for their outstanding service: • Vije at the front desk for his warm and professional welcome and his professionalism • Panavan at the Restaurant for his attentive service • Akila, for his outstanding housekeeping service The vegetarian breakfast at the Restaurant offered a wide variety of options, all delicious. The hotel’s convenient location near the nallur Temple, and above-and-beyond staff professionalism make it an easy recommendation.👌 My friend and I loved our stay and will definitely be back.
