Two of us stayed at Sawai *** Mahal , A palatial resort property of Taj Group in Jaipur during last week of September. The property is beautiful , very well maintained and has a luxury vibe . The rooms , common areas and restaurants are very well planned and maintained . A walk within the resort gives such a calming effect - with peacocks moving around and sound of birds chirping the staff at Sawai *** Mahal is outstanding , as in other Taj properties . Our sincere thanks to all team members at the front office , housekeeping and F & B . we would like make Special mention of Nita and Devendra Singh from front office . we highly recommend this property for all the travelers to Jaipur , who want to experience luxury

My recent stay at the Sawai *** Mahal in Jaipur was largely comfortable, characterized by commendable service from the F&B and housekeeping departments. While the Hawamahal Suite provided a cool and beautiful setting, and the F&B department, including Chef Abhishek, Chef Ravikant, Chef Ronak, Chef Virendra, Chef Rajesh, Chef Ananay, Chef Yogesh, Chef Sanjiv and from the restaurant and IRD Harish, Priyal, and Moushmi, delivered a flawless experience, the Front Office presented considerable areas for improvement. The housekeeping staff lMr. Ravindra, Mr. Manvendra, Mr. Babulal, were prompt and attentive . Mr. Abhipray and Mr. Devender from FO are peerless , smart and dynamic . General Manager Ashadeep, a notably astute, energetic, and intellectual young professional, encountered operational disruptions due to her travel, which subsequently required her dedicated intervention. Nevertheless, she demonstrated her profound dedication to service excellence, overcoming the challenges posed by her travel and transition. I met a sweet gardener named Mamta didi and it was wonderful interacting with her . SMM has a lovely team of gardeners. The laundry team was fabulous and prompt. Over all it seems that Area Director Mr. Ashok Rathore is an irreplaceable pillar within Taj . His presence and absence can make a huge difference . Can’t ever imagine Taj and Tajness without him, he is an indispensable backbone of Taj Palaces Resorts and Hotels Rajasthan . My deep-rooted admiration and loyalty for the Taj brand remain steadfast, affirming its enduring status as my preferred and most cherished hospitality provider.

Although I visited and stayed in this hotel for the first time, yet my experience has been nothing but extraordinary. We came to jaipur on a family trip and needed a place to stay comfortable for my aged parents. Heartwarming welcome, humble staffs, sqeaky clean property and suit with amazing smell. The stay was made extra comfortable by Nita from frontdesk and her team of housekeeping staffs Kanika, Babulal and Mahaveer. Food in IRD and restaurants La Mesa/La Terraza was satiating. Dinner with folk song and dance made it memorable. My parents loved all of it. Thank you all the staffs of Taj for creating beautiful memories for us.

Stay was wonderful. Great ambiance. Very friendly staff. Amazing hospitality. Enjoyed the Rajastani thali. Walk around the campus was so relaxing with company of beautiful peacocks. Rajtors was really good and the driver Giridhar was very friendly and took as around also explaining about places.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had at a Taj property. Not just because of the property and its upkeep, but because of the overall hospitality we received during our trip. All staff members were courteous, helpful, and available round the clock. The rooms were large in size with all facilities for the guests. A large swimming pool gave enough to do for the kids to enjoy. Moreover, our room had its own plunge pool and it was the best experience spending time with the kids. The food was tasty. Moreover, as a guest in *** Mahal, you get access to facilities (restaurants) in Rambagh Palace and we had dinner in all three of their restaurants — Swarna Mahal, Rajput Room and Steam. All three were better than the other. Swarna Mahal was the best of all with authentic Indian food and service that has no parallel. We had the best time during our stay. Thanks a lot to Ms. Asha and Mr. Devender for making our stay memorable. Looking forward to visiting again.
