I arranged to book this hotel through online travel portal after going through various images. I must say here that the exteriors of the hotel are upto the mark but interiors need immediate attention. Walls inside the rooms are full of damp and un-hygienic. Besides, the rooms are pretty congested. I statyed here for 2 nights on 2 different dates during my to and fro journey from Jaipur. During the first night i.e., 10th September 23, my room got upgraded to bigger room since they had some issues with the Corporate Bookings by BOI and these guys were not able to handle the scenario. Lady at Reception in green shirt was too rude to talk. Finally other staff arrives and make the stay comfortable which really made good experience of 4 star stay. Breakfast served was very nice and I must rate it to be very good. Major problems was like they don't provide you with hand towel ready inside the room in any category of the room. You need to call at Reception and not the house keeping to provide you with the same. Towels had been pretty old and harsh to use. Secondly they have kept leaflet inside the room to call on 222 for any of your needs but when you call on this number they will ask you to call at reception on 9 for any of your needs and they can only accept your food orders. On my 2nd night stay on 15th Sep 2023, I ordered for Schezwan Fried Rice which I asked should be non-spicy. Instead Hotel served me with Veg Fried Rice and that too very spicy and order was served after 35 minutes. When I complained, they told me that Sir we have provided you with Schezwan Fried Rice and only the bill is of Fried Rice. When objected, they asked me more time to serve fresh again but being hungry, you can't wait for more time and have to consume whats available in front of you. Nevertheless to state, Hotel served bill next day for payment bluntly and the payment was made online. Thus I can here share that food quality when ordered for in room consumption is not upto the mark. This had been shared online by other hotel stayers too in their feedback. Thus to conclude, except two or three things, Hotel Vesta International is not upto the mark and can't be termed to stay in 4 star not even in 3 star category and they need to improve a lot in terms of hospitality. Except 2 or 3 staff, they need to concentrate on proper talent acquisition too. I dont know the name of lady at Reception in Saree but she had been a true gem in terms of hospitality and they need to hire more of these kind of professionals. In terms of location of the hotel, yes location is pretty good and much near to Jaipur Railway Station with a stone throw distance. Its been quite a long I have shared feedback on my experience and I had been out of Tripadvisor but will restart pouring my experience for my travels.
