This is a very beautiful hotel, in an old very well maintained palace. It is right in the center of Jaisalmer but still very quiet. We absolutely loved staying here. Everything is very clean and well maintained (including the pool area). Dinner on the rooftop restaurant is great, and the buffet food is very nice. We definitely recommend staying here.

The experience at ***dir Palace was great. Stayed for two nights. The staff is welcoming and courteous. The food was good as well. The palace itself is beautiful and houses a museum. The location is great as well to cover main city attractions.

This is a very beautiful palace with its own museum. Lots of nice places inside and outside, a wonderful pool, a roof café with a beautiful view over the palace and to the fort. The staff is very friendly. Food was also excellent and was served outside on a terrace in the evening, with several fires to keep us warm. It would also have been possible to eat inside, but the inside restaurant does not have a nice atmosphere whilst the terrace was terrific. The room was comfortable, the bathroom could need an update. Some of the furniture does not really fit in. The city is directly in front of the entrance.

Majestic view, very near fort, near market… Very good service… places nearby are pateon ki haveli… worth it for stay.. My family enjoyed the stay and the royal experience… The breakfast was worth it and we enjoyed every bit of our stay in Jaisalmer

Wonderful experience. Staff are great and attentive, very respectful. Areas are clean and well maintained and although “heritage listed” ***y facilities are modernised and efficient (especially bathrooms). Great location, very close to the Fort and also ***y restaurants that are walking distance. Easy to communicate with staff in English as well. Although here with family would feel secure staying alone as well. Safe and hospitable, would definitely stay here again!

Hotel room is very good. Even the staff is good too. Overall a very pleasant experience and definitely can come back again here. The reception ***ager made us feel homely too. And being a rajasthani the food felt very homely. Definitely recommended.

The hospitality, service and courtesy begins at the check in. Mr. Dubey greeted us and made us feel at home from the getgo. He personally walked us to the room and showed us pro pool erty ***** the way. Me and wife had fell sick from travel and had delhi belly. The sttaff fed us mild food in the room and were very attentive to our needs. Mr. Dubey again took charge and got us meds and ayurvedic cure for our issues. I musst say he was on point with the cure. Within a day we felt better. We have travelled the world but this type of service and care is unheard of. Thanks to all who were helpful.

Had an amazing stay in Welcom ***dir Palace, property was one of the best in the vicinity with a royal heritage, excellent food, good staff, beautiful rooms , the hotel is located in the heart of the city & everything is in the walking distance, you can visit their in house museum in the afternoon which is a good add on & enjoy the cultural program on the roof top restaurant in the night , overall a 10/10 experience

Lovely historic hotel. Very close to city centre. We have a confirtable and pleasant stay for 3 nights. The hotel provided a decent breakfast but the choice is a bit limited. We had dinner which again was delicious but with a small choice. The music entertainment the first time is a novelty but can get a bit repetitive, but then again it's same for every hotel. Recommend it for the beautiful architecture, simple no fuss confirtable accommodation that you can expect in 3 star boutique hotel. Certainly a unique stay in contrast to luxury replica outside the city. Convenient to walk to sights in the city, thus no hassle of getting about to sights such as the fort and patwan Haveli!
