This was my second stay and again didn’t disappoint.
Rooms are quiet and spacious. Dining and breakfast delicious. Smooth airport shuttle.

We always stay in here whenever we travel to Jakarta because this hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the airport for free and it’s available every hour. It is very convenient for us in order to catch a flight. The breakfast is good, food is good, gym is good, they have sauna and steam room, the pool is clean, staff is very friendly and so helpful. It’s very recommended guys and it’s near to the airport which is a good thing.

FM7 Resort Hotel near Jakarta Airport offers an extensive range of facilities, including cafes, restaurants, and spa services. However, the hotel could improve communication regarding requests through chat, and some guests have experienced slow check-in procedures at the reception. The hotel is like in hospital
And no elevator
Also the walkway is so long
Our room is in the middle
I need to walk 5 minutes to get outside the walkway
The room has limited design,
I think the room only like 3 star hotel
In the other hand,
It has many facilities
Massage, swimming pool, buffet etc
And it’s good for family trip
It’s reasonable price
I think it help it to 4 star

You can request for airport pick up and drop off. The location is very close to the airport, so if you have an early flight or frequently use f or the airport, this is one of the hotel

They are dealing with short stay guests. Come and go..guest service is far away from hotel policy.
They sells beverage no licensed.no expiry date.no ingredient label on bottle..Due to mango juice i was suffering from diarrhea , vomitting all night long.i asked duty mgr to take me hospital..they said go alone.as a diagnostic result was turned out poisoning..they urged me to pay it from my pocket.duty manager operating manager..they have no decision making .no authority ..no responsibility about guest emergencies..
I reported to health ministry already
Must be careful when check in this hotel in hygiene
Never recommend this fake 4 star resort.
