The hotel was difficult to find until I came to the trip reviews section and read other peoples experiences. It's not very well signed so was problematic. Upon finding it though I was pleasently surprised. Room was nice, clean and big. Unfortunately the TV did not work but I wasn't there much anyway, there was a nice few from rooftop garden as seen my pics

Staying at Holiday Inn Suites Jakarta was such a fantastic experience—easily one of the highlights of my trip! First off, the location is super convenient. Located at 15min walk from Kota station, but you can take bus way to go here just next to the bus stop. With own GYM, pool, SPA and restaurant, although the hotel is a little bit old aged, it is really nice to stay here, with happy good services. You can find more foods from China town nearby. Check in was fast & staff were very friendly towards us. room was ok for 2 pax as we didn’t had big luggages so there’s sufficient space for us to walk about. bed was comfortable!

Well located. Easy access to Jakarta Komuter Line & Transjakarta BRT. The hotel was formerly known as MaxOne. Room size, bathroom, great value considering the promo price I got thru Trip.

I stayed here for just one night as a quick change of scenery, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I was given a room on the 21st floor, which offered a nice view and a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was decent — buffet style, with a good enough variety for a short stay. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job. The pool isn’t huge, but it’s enough to relax and cool off, especially if you’re not looking for anything too fancy. A solid option for a short stay in central Jakarta. The only downside was the air conditioning — it seems outdated and didn’t cool the room properly at all.

Value for money cannot comment to much of the facilities. I was seldom in room however the towels need to replace with new one because it is not good to provide to guest. I hope the management would consider this small details seriously to strengthen your guest recommendations to promote your hotel.

It is ideal for short stays or business trips, though those looking for luxury amenities might prefer other options.

I forgot my room number, but the water is so smelly.. The more i stay the less service i’ve got. Something like greetings and say sorry anything about this im not get it. And for the breakfast too why they reduce the food? Im not stupid i know when im check in on eid mubarak period but it’s not a good reason you drop your service cause the customer is still pay the price when you offers. For me it’s ok to pay more to get more service too. Thanks. Hope you be better.

The hotel is nice, comfortable and the plus is that you can enjoy durian cuisine in front of the hotel.
