The hotel staff are excellent. Friendly and service orientated.   The facilities at the hotel is great. Good and varied F&B restaurants. The pool and garden on the 5floor excellent. Great place to relax and chill out. There are many other hotels in the area where the Grand Hyatt is located. The thing that stand out most for the Grand Hyatt is the excellent service and friendly staff. The Grand Hyatt is my first choice of hotel when I am in Jakarta.

I stayed at ASHLEY Wahid Hasyim Jakarta on 31st May 2025, checking in at 8:00 PM. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the two gentlemen at the front desk that evening. They were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful, which made my check-in experience smooth and pleasant. I was truly impressed by their service. During my stay, the hotel kindly assisted me in storing some souvenirs from Palembang in the freezer to ensure they remained frozen and safe for transport back to Malaysia. This thoughtful gesture reflects the hotel’s exceptional level of service and attention to guest needs. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay at ASHLEY Wahid Hasyim again on my next visit to Jakarta. However, I would prefer not to be assigned Room 524, as the air-conditioning in that room was not adequately cool during my stay. I reported the issue during check-out, and I trust it may have already been resolved. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent. I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and I truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided by your team. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my stay. The room felt rather small and did not provide the level of comfort I expected. On top of that, the pillows were too firm, which affected sleep quality, and the towels felt thin compared to the luxury standard usually associated with Pullman. I believe enhancing room spaciousness (or allocating more suitable rooms for families), offering pillow choices, and providing thicker towels would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—situated right in the heart of the city, it was incredibly convenient for both business meetings and exploring nearby shopping and dining options. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were courteous and professional. My room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you’d expect from a Four Points property. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of local and international dishes, though the selection could be a bit more varied for longer stays. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working remotely easy. Overall, Four Points Jakarta Thamrin offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a centrally located, no-fuss hotel with dependable service. I’d recommend it for business travelers or short stays in the city.

I planned a trip in less than 12 hours for my Queen and Princess’ birthday, and the hotel made it unforgettable! Just 2 hours before arrival, I requested if they could decorate the room, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond my expectations! At breakfast, we were serenaded with a birthday song and served cakes, which made the morning extra special. The breakfast spread itself was outstanding, with servers at every station ready to assist. From being personally walked to our table to having drinks of our choice served directly, the service was flawless. Thank you for making this birthday celebration so memorable . I truly couldn’t ask for more!

First impressions count. I checked-in and was pleasantly given a room upgrade. Awesome. Breakfast was very tasty. No need to say more. Room is clean, staff are very good. What more to ask when staying in a hotel. A very good experience.

The check-in process is rather complicated, requiring late arrivals and early departures. Check-out is at 11 PM, and check-in is only at 3 PM. The surrounding area's food and shopping options are not ideal.

Artotel Thamrin Jakarta is an exceptional choice for a family trip, offering a unique blend of modern art and comfort. Overall, Artotel Thamrin Jakarta earns excellent marks for its creativity, hospitality, and family-friendly environment.

The check in service is up to par. The drawback is that this hotel provide very limited toiletries or amenities. It only provided upon request. Be that as it may, the breakfast was somewhat not up to par. The price for it is 150,000 rupiah, I do understand with that price I should not be expecting very much on the choices of what they provide.
