Hotels in Monas, Jakarta

The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. Just a heads-up for breakfast: it's served until 10 AM and is 100% Indonesian. If that's not your preference, you'll have to look for food elsewhere. My main disappointment was that the room window didn't open, and there was an unpleasant odor both in the room and in the hallways. I suggest the establishment consider using air diffusers to improve the atmosphere.

The Citi M Hotel is a wonderful hotel. The staff, purely amazing! The staff made me feel like I was at home. Energetic, enthusiastic, and always smiling! The room is comfortable and very nice. Well equipped with everything you need. The air conditioner could use some updating but that’s okay. Wifi was fast and working well. The restaurant downstairs, very delicious as well. I had breakfast and dinner. Very delicious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I would come back again. Very comfortable. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.

One of the more affordable accommodation options. The pod and other facilities were reasonably clean. However, the power outlets in the pod need a slight improvement or upgrade, as I had to ask the hotel staff for an additional power strip. Without it, properly charging devices inside the pod was not possible.

We had a very nice stay, beautiful facility, lots of amenities, very friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast was simply outstanding. Location is near some famous attractions such as Istiqlal Mosque. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Its nice hotel with affordable price and good service, although they have to arrange more staffs to incharge during checkin and checkout time. The queline is so crowded for 4th star hotel. Good location since the Millenium mall only few steps from lobby. However, the hotel need to put more concern about the old furniture.. because instead of keep the clasic atmosphere, it will bring the unconvinient feeling to see the furniture seems never had maintenance before. including color of sheet which the white color already turn into grey :(

It's on a main street so it's easy to find. There's a market-like place about 3 minutes walk away that's open until late at night, and it was a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.

the hotel is very comfortable, the service is also okay, the staff are very friendly and kind, thank God, this is my first time in Jakarta and I got a good hotel, hehe
