Our favourite hotel to stay whenever we have a bizz trip in Jakarta. the room is not that spacious but complete and the staff were super helpful. they got smart tv and fast internet connection, also in-purchase food that were delicious

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it has always been a great experience. The rooms and bathrooms are consistently clean and well-maintained. Since I had activities outside and checked in late, I asked if a late checkout was possible, and they kindly accommodated my request. The staff is friendly and helpful, always making sure guests feel comfortable. True to its name, TEDUH, every time I stay here, I feel super relaxed and end up falling asleep easily and having a great night's rest.

GGuest UserAll of the hotel facilities and room very good and clean until we sleep suddenly around 2am me and my husband woke by the sounds of motorcycle wild race, and can’t sleep. Complaints about that to receptionist they just said that next time when i stay at hotel just request room at the other street view so would’t annoyed by that sound, how come we know this problems since we are from other city.

AAry VStayed for a night only in exec room, coz my cousin had her wedding party in the Tribrata nearby this hotel...the hotel room was cozy and comfy...breakfast menu was excellent and my family loves it ...thanks Sutasoma Hotel!!!

LLaurance IanThis was one of the best bang for buck stays I've ever had. I travel a lot and all over and the level of service and quality that one gets with this hotel is remarkable. The service is very good especially at breakfast. To add on more about breakfast, the breakfast itself is excellent. So much variety to choose from and freshly prepared. There's fresh pancakes, waffles and eggs made at the buffet. There's of course fresh made Asian dishes too but I'm a westerner living in China so I get excited for the Western comforts. The service at breakfast is top notch, everyone was very friendly and service oriented.
There is a small mall nearby with many food options and even some decent massage places. Do note this hotel is not near anything touristy but my wife and I were not Jakarta for tourism as we had a work event. We would happily return.

AAnonymous UserBeautiful hotel in a lively part of Kemang. Great location—walking distance to a mall and plenty of food spots, plus close to Blok M. Traffic can be a hassle, but the convenience makes up for it.
Room was clean and comfortable with all the basics. Pool is small, and the bar was empty due to rain, though music was still playing. Still had a restful night. Would return on a sunnier day.

AAnonymous UserThe service provided by the staff is heartfelt and truly wonderful. However, the entire building has become dilapidated, which has significantly lowered our satisfaction. In particular, as shown in the attached photo, the windows are not properly fixed, and there are a few mosquitoes in the room. Although renovation is necessary, this investment has been neglected for a long time.

MMohamed Fadil B KTrip shows that the apartment is up to 10 adults, and we only have 5 adults. Agency still charged us 2 kids. The apartment floor was very dirty with a lot of small particles and ants.
