An exquisite stay. The best breakfast of our trip so far (local cheese, homemade jams). Rooms are large, immaculate and tasteful. Situated right on the town square, moments from bars and restaurants. Hosts attentive, friendly and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Chic & Quaint Right in the Center or Sancerre
This place is gorgeous. It is done in a very chic style, but also very very comfortable. The host was incredibly warm and kind, and the breakfast was delicious with warm croissants and a wide array of food. I cannot recommend it enough.

Ophelia met us at the door with a warm welcome. This place is outstanding in all ways. Very nicely appointed with soft colors throughout.

A perfect place in Sancerre
Having booked & stayed on our outbound trip, we had no hesitation in booking for our return & this time for two nights.
It is a lovely place right in the centre of Sancerre with all the restaurants & attractions on your doorstep.
The facilities are first class & the hosts are lovely, accommodating, personable but professional in their approach.
We will not hesitate to book here again in the future.

Perfect place in old town.
We much enjoyed our stay here, the welcome was warm and the room much above average size for the price. It's right on one of the main squares and the restaurant at which we ate was just across the road.

We had such a lovely stay at La Place B&B. The location couldn’t be better as it’s right in the center of the village, a few steps to all Sancerre has to offer, including restaurants and shops and great views of the valley and the surrounding vineyards. It’s an old house that was completely renovated with great taste. The staff and breakfast were also great. Highly recommend!
