"1. Dirty room, Dirty linens, Dirty Towels, when asked to change we got dirtier options 2. In spite of early booking through travel partner refused check in, did not even bother to check, straight away denied rooms. Later found out that they received booking but did not pay attention 3. Very limited food option at the restaurent, complimentary breakfast had only 1-2 options, taste wise food was very average 4. Rooms are awful, water seepage every corner of the room, water dripping from AC whole night on the bed, lights not working, exhaust not working, no intercom to contact reception or kitchen, TV was useless - DishTV channels were not subscribed 5. Pool is very small and water is dirty as usual, there is no restriction on pool timing, even at night 11 pm people were playing loud music and playing in the pool. Some guests were seen throwing beer bottle inside the pool, when asked they replied - they were known to the resort owner 6. Manager and his staff were not helpful at all, when asked for justification or reasoning, they did not have any solutions to above problems 1 star is for effort put by low level staff specially room service guys, they were really nice and bison sighting from the resort"
