C/In 27th , C/out 28th Of Feb . During checkin it seems "the PMS/ reservation module" did not feature my reservation and was to be 'made' upon my arrival , though the reservation was made days in advance thru MMT .Made to wait at the reception desk . Allocated a 'Superior" room , right of the 80s era , stinking ,musty twin bedded room , even though I was with my wife ! Sonnet has lived beyond it's shelf life ! Claustrophic , worn out , tacky hotel , with few cosmetic changes in and around the lobby ! Best avoided , Jamshedpur does have a few other good options ! Do give it a miss everytime , anytime !

Best quality of food, service and overwhelming attitude specially of Mr.Mahadev. Planning, gesture very thing was amazing. The way they served, hygiene from start till the end was really very well take care of

Love the way Sonnet team has arranged the event with considering all of our needs. Arrangements were good and on time. Food was good. Team was great. No follow up needed to check small things. Staff was humble and was considering all of our requests; was going to the extra length to make everything comfortable for us and our guests.

I had my wedding reception at this hotel. It was an amazing experience from the delicious food of the Cinnamon, most active reception desk, swift room services to accomodating every request for the function. No words will be enough to appreciate the amazing ***agement of Mr. Jitendra Panda and his staff who considered us as their own family and took care of each and every bit perfectly.

Simply Amazing. Very Cozy, Very Comfortable Warm Hospitality Good , Hygienic Food. I will mention Mr Tapas and Mr Surjeet who looked after very well, the entire group very smilingly. The rooms and the toilets are very well appointed. Very spacious. The parking space, the guards on duty were very dutiful and humble. Next time whenever I drop in to Jamshedpur,I will certainly choose non other than Sonnet. Value for Money.

We had an amazing experience at Equinox,the staffs are very kind and polite would like to name one of them Ganesh. Food ki agar baat kare toh toh bht hi acha experience tha ,especially chefBISHNU K hath k khane ka swaad hi alag hai .He always comes up with a new recipes,and if we also ask him make any random recipe he will make it so delicious and exactly how we instruct him especially Soups ,Ramen , handi double tadka daal etc etc

This was my first time in Jamshedpur. I really liked the city and the hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the food , specially the live pizza and pasta counters. I would really like to visit again.

Their rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable, not too soft or hard. Overall service is first class. The cinnamon restaurant downstairs is one of the very best restaurants I've ever been at. Their food is so yummy that I think we've all gained some weight! But yeah, the gym is also superb. The only missing thing is the pool although you will forget about that trough the quality of their service.

Rooms were big and clean. Hotel staffs were very nice and friendly. Specially thanks to Taposh da, who was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was always very nice with ***y options. The food was delicious and very reasonable price. We would love to stay again in Sonnet when we travel to Jamshedpur again.
