Residence Vyhlídka

Very cozy little hotel with a lovely little wellness area with a fantastic view. We were lucky to have the wellness area all to ourselves for several hours in the morning before we were supposed to check out. Good breakfast, but not of the same standard as in larger hotels, which we also did not expect. We support sustainable operations and it is clear that you cannot dish up with a huge buffet when the hotel probably cannot accommodate more than around 40 guests at most. Check-in was a bit complicated, which is also evident in other reviews. I am not exaggerating when I say that there were over 20 emails from the hotel in total, before we had everything in order with room keys and parking. since we were traveling with two children we had to book two rooms and fill in a lot of duplicates. There must be a better system for an unmanned reception? But considering the price, which was very cheap, we are willing to accept a little bit of a problem. The rooms were of an ok standard, nice bathrooms and with a balcony with a lovely view. Minus the carpeted floors. We found no way to regulate the heat and since there was no air conditioning we had to keep the window open to get some proper air in. which made it at its coolest on this cold summer day. Nevertheless we give four out of five, as the price was so low that we feel we definitely got value for money despite some negative things.

It's called Residence Vyhlídka, not Zur Aussicht... Almost very good, as there was a potentially lethal accident that we escaped by a couple of minutes... The hotel itself is perfect, the rooms are spotless and of decent size, the pool (free) and the sauna (extra) are great, and the restaurant onsite (not run by the hotel) is excellent, good food at good prices, the breakfast is ok but a bit repetitive. Everything works by phone (checkin / keys / checkout) which might not be to everyone's taste, so the only staff you see are the cleaning ladies. For any request you have to call the reception at Hotel Omnia nearby... they answer the phone but never the emails! he tv cannot connect to the wifi properly. Now we had a problem because of the fast rising temperatures, our terrace was under a part of the roof where the snow had not melted yet and a chunk of ice of 20-30 kilos fell 5 meters onto our terrace, a couple of minutes after we sitting outside. This should have been taken care of earlier as someone coud have been killed. I called reception and someone came, taking even larger chunks off the roof.

They had no rooms rooms for us.

Amazing hotel with nice, relaxed vibes and beautiful nature around. All the staff was very thoughtful and attentive. I loved the pool and the private sauna & massage were also excellent. Delicious meals and drinks in the hotel restaurant.

Really great hotel, rooms and spa. Excellent service at reception. Only minus was the portions at the restaurant, they were a bit small for adults. (we had halfboard). Close to skiing and also good facilities for the equiprment at the hotel.

We had a 2 bedroom family suite and despite rooms may appear small on pictures (at least my subjective view), theyre big enough and even with our 2 little tornadoes we had a very comfortable stay. Very comfy beds, lovely pool which your little ones will enjoy and its position at the very center of the town nearby the ski lift makes it excellent for early skiing experience with your little ones. In combination with pool in the late afternoon combines the activities really nicely for the children. What needs to be highlighted is the restaurant with great quality meals, local craft beer served and wide selection of wines. Overall, highly recommend and we will surely come again as our little ones still keep on talking about the hotel asking when we go there again! This never happened before
