The furnishing in the room was nice and updated. However, I did not have a good sleep at night as there were a lot of noise and sound at night, probably coming from other room is using water. There was also slight noise coming from the fridge. For light sleeper, this room would not be ideal as the noise persisted through the night. Had feedback to the front desk but reaction was mild, perhaps nothing much can be done. Breakfast was very good and there is a variety of food items.

The room was renovated couple months ago. It is pretty spacious, has a big sink and microwave. The breakfast was pretty good and clean as well.

The room was nice. The front desk provided free hot water. The breakfast was good. It was a pity that it was burned down by a fire. I regret not taking more photos at that time. It's a pity.

It was very good. Location, friendliness, spacious and newly decorated rooms, comfortable bedding, warm reception staff, delicious meals, even a jacuzzi, there's nothing missing. I highly recommend it. By the way, the price was better because I booked it several months in advance.

This was a very nice inn. It was cheap and cheerful, but not in a grungy way at all! The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and there were good facilities. Ample free parking and as a solo female I was placed on the top floor, which was a good gesture. Within walking distance of Jasper and the amenities of the lovely town. When Jasper opens back up, this is a brilliant place to stay. I would go here again if I was ever in the area.

I enjoyed my two-night stay in July. The inn provided pretty solid value for what I was looking for: a clean room with close proximity to the town center and a central base from which to go see various sights within a large national park. I'm so sorry to see what has happened to the town and the inn since my stay. May you rebuild stronger and better than before. At least the stone sign survived!
