Staff seemed a little cold and untrained for hospitality industry. Third floor bar is overpriced. The receptionest seemed a little unprofessional at check-out and seemed less communicative with the morning shift's colleaque to understand the already paid deal been made for my delayed check-out. It's worth being aware of this repeated scene in this hotel, through which a staff in a morning shift charges your visa for an agreed delayed checkout, but upon checking out, the guest repeatedly struggles with the night shift personnel to prove the verbally authorized heck-out hour, for there is neither documentation within the system, nor intra communication among staff.

I have strived to go along with this hotel due to its convinient location and good design and furnuture; however, I failed. One key reason is the poor operation in front disk that one frequently experiences when checking-in and -out. Their staff hardly smile, never possess the quality of welcoming their guests, never stand up, lacking interaction, and are barely heard. The main shortcoming, however, is the non- moral struggle made up by the front disk staff at the time of checking-out, as follows. The morning staff charged me for a delayed 6-hourd check-out, but the evening staff requested that I leave at a time arlier than the morning deal. Same selly behavior was repeated twice. Staff are either do not know how to consult each other, or they deliberately provoke the hotel guests. So, if you are someone who can tolleratd such violation, then you definitely will win the location and the spacious suites each of which contains seperate living room. Else, if you ard someone who hates to witness disorganized and non-professionl management, i recommend searching a better choice.
