Aerotel Jeddah - Transit Hotel in Terminal 1 Reviews

Very convenient. Extremely comfortable bed and very attentive staff. Excellent experience.

Excellent service and extremely gracious staff.

The room was pretty good. It gets a bit cold at night if you don't turn on the air conditioning. The price was quite high, but it was really convenient. The service would be even better if you tried to communicate using simple Arabic.

The concept of having a hotel located inside the international terminal is excellent and extremely convenient for transit travelers. It is ideal for passengers arriving on an international flight and continuing on another international journey, as well as those arriving from a domestic flight and departing internationally. It saves a great amount of time and effort, especially for families. The rooms are fully equipped, clean, quiet, and provide real hotel comfort, allowing you to rest or sleep properly between flights without leaving the terminal. Overall, it is a very smart and practical option, and I highly recommend it for anyone with a long layover who values comfort and convenience.

All good

I liked everything about the hotel, especially the choice of hourly option for short transit passengers.

Everything was perfect! Staff were friendly, easy check in and everything was very straightforward. I was even worried I had booked the wrong date, the communication from staff was excellent they were really reassuring and easy to get in contact with even when abroad through the internet calling. Enjoyed my stay!!

Good hotel

The best airside hotel I have seen so far. The rooms are very spacious, well maintained, modern and comfortable. Excellent for my 8 hour connection in Jeddah. Hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating, even when I contacted them prior to arrival via email. Excellent value for money when booked in advance.

Excellent and comfortable

Hello. Never book at this hotel, stay away from it. The service is second to nothing. The worst hotel I have seen in my life. They took money and I did not even stay there for a moment.

not recommended hotel to stay .. pls stay away from this hotel

Location good, clean and spacious room. Had to wait for a while to check in, as there is a queue. The shower gel and shampoo bottles are empty. Only found out when I was already wet in the shower. Not very convenient. Had to use the hand-wash as shower gel.

This hotel's convenient location within the departure lounge, coupled with its friendly service, proved invaluable. While nearby food options are limited, the hotel's proximity mitigated the impact of our cancelled flights, preventing a significantly worse travel experience.
