voco JEDDAH GATE by IHG

I booked a king size bed and booking was confirmed, when I arrived the said all king size bed room are not available, so I was given a twin bed in smoking floor I booked a king size bed in non smoking floor

the room is good I don’t like that the number for room service and maintenance is not indicated any where in the room. I have to call the reception if a need anything from room service The sign for don’t disturb was not there The heater in the bathroom was not working despite being fixed by maintenance There was no hot water available not even warm Noise isolation was not good I could hear people outside very clearly we were two people in the room and only 4 saches of sugar were given per night ! Despite I like the whole atmosphere of the hotel staff were great Breakfast was very good and variable I would repeat the stay again

This is the first time I have booked at this hotel, and I advise anyone coming to Jeddah to book at this hotel, as the staff is very helpful, especially the employee Mohammed, and the hotel is very clean I highly recommend thank you

I had a wonderful stay at Voco Hotel in Jeddah. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Voco Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. I look forward to staying there again!

Good service Good location Staff was good and polite , easy check in easy check out, it was a good experience and will come again to check in the same hotel.
