Excellent service & amenities. Only negatives were prayer mats in both rooms were not cleaned and sea view room was noisy from late activities in the hotel ground floor.

The room was spacious, clean and overall exactly what I was looking for. The concierge was extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. I will definitely use this place again on future trips to Jeddah. Although there was no restaurant on site, there are food outlets literally next door which was great for me.

Honestly, this is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in; it's so refreshing. The staff are wonderful, treating everyone with love and respect. The parking is excellent, with three levels and high security. Check-in was smooth, and it's completely quiet. The rooms on the first floor have balconies, the gym is new, and there's a pool. The lighting is touch-controlled and very cool! The room itself is very spacious.

Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. We initially booked a standard room for two ladies, but to our pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite at no extra cost. We didn’t catch the names of the staff who assisted us, but we would like to express our sincere gratitude for their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality. Since we are from Riyadh, our friends from Jeddah came to visit us at the hotel. What was supposed to be a simple overnight stay turned into a fun and memorable get-together, as the suite was very spacious and even had a comfortable living area — perfect for bonding and relaxation. We highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Everything was beyond our expectations — the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!

Although I didn’t expect this, but the food is amazinggggg and the room is very very clean with plenty of towels. Bathroom has a great finish to it and the room is spacious. The ONLY downside is that the pool was not working when i came. But everything else was fantastic.
