The hotel was not able to accommodate my family so my disabled mother had to leave and find somewhere else to stay and was from 4 hours away I was told I wouldn't be charged and this morning I was charged anyway and told no one showed up for the reservation when in fact they tried to check in but we're told an additional $75 would be charged and my father only had cash and the hotel would not accommodate for what was not on his card.

Every thing was good except the room key. I’ve never had an issue with it being close to my phone. Other hotels I could put the room key is the back pocket of my phone. Every time I did here it would deactivate it. That’s the only complaint I have

Negatives: weak coffee. Weak fruit juices. Yucky scrambled eggs.

As soon as you walk in you get hit with smell of ****, floors sticky as hell and repairs were half assed.
