No towels nor toilet paper in the room. Unprofessional behavior from staff. Not enough keys for door. No ice machine.

First hotel i have ever stayed at that front desk is only open for couple hours a day. Floors in room where sticky, ceiling light did not work, mentioned to front desk when someone was finally there, but was never fixed while I was there. Room was cold, heater at 84 and still chilled.
It was at least better place than where i stayed last year

It’s awful. Never choose this place to stay. The room was dirty and smelling so bad. It didn’t have towels nor soap/shampoo.

Room was infested with roaches. Housekeeping didnt clean room entire stay nor provided clean sheets or towels. Had snowed while there had salt all over floor couldnt get anyone to come clean.

Horrible experience. Nasty and filthy is being nice. Only had one pillow and no towels. I checkec out at 10am nkt 245 pm. I better get my deposit of 50 dollars back

This property is filthy, it is dirty and unsanitary, there was debris all over the floor and especially in the shower and under the bed. But the front desk guy was nice.

My room door never locked through out my whole visit, didn’t feel safe leaving personal belongings inside. First night there was a lots of roaches crawling throughout the room. Only stayed because it was a new year’s weekend.
