Perfect location! Everything you need is right outside the door. This hotel location is unbeatable. It is right at the famous road and situated right opposite Shilla Duty Free, which made shopping so convenient. The street itself is lively, with plenty of nice eatery and gift shopsvalong the street. I also loved that there is a E-mart near the black pork restaurant, making it a very good place to buy grocery, fruits and snacks to bring back as souvenirs. Highly recommended for the convenience. There are a few shops that we enjoyed, serving great food at reasonable prices.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive – a truly fantastic experience! The location is super convenient, right above Shilla Duty-Free, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. The facilities are comprehensive, making for a really comfortable stay. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth recommending. They even gave us a special coupon for OLIVE YOUNG!

Cleanliness: Very clean, just like the promotional pictures. Environment: I really liked the decor and the common areas. Service: Everyone was very polite, and the front desk staff were patient and spoke excellent Chinese! (٩(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑)ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ) Facilities: I didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but it looked great! You should definitely bring your swimsuits. The breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance. The futon mattress was just right in terms of firmness, perfect for a solo traveler or with a good friend. Excellent value for money!

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean. The staff can speak Chinese and they were very welcoming. The location is excellent – both Baojian Road and the duty-free shop are within a 10-minute walk. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This time, I booked a suite on the 17th floor, right next to the pool, which was super convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Shilla Duty Free and just a 10-minute walk to Baojian Street! The hotel is brand new, and the front desk even has a Chinese-speaking staff member. Plus, they offer free umbrellas, which is a fantastic touch!

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication super easy. They even let us check in half an hour early. The parking garage is a mechanical one, and you need to be back before 10 PM for assistance. We had an early flight, so we didn't book breakfast and can't comment on it. Shilla Duty Free is right across from the hotel, so it's super convenient if you want to shop 'til you drop. Highly recommended!

My experience at Bolton Hotel Jeju was perfect! The location is excellent, right opposite Shilla Duty Free, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. Communication with the front desk was smooth, and overall, it's great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeju!

The hotel service is excellent, and they even offer Chinese-speaking staff. The location is also fantastic, right on Baoshan Road, making shopping very convenient. The breakfast was good too, quite tasty. Plus, the hotel has its own parking lot, so no worries about parking if you're driving. If the lot is full, you can always talk to the hotel staff, and they'll help you find a spot.

🌈 This trip to Jeju Island, my bestie 👭 and I chose the Bolton Hotel in the city center, and it was truly an excellent decision❗ Facilities: We opted for the Splendid Corner Suite. The room is huge, with a separate living area, so even if my friend goes to bed early and I stay up late, we don't disturb each other❗ All the amenities are very comprehensive, and the rooftop pool is also super beautiful❗ It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping 🛍️ nearby, all within walking distance❗ Shilla Duty-Free Shop is practically next door, a godsend for shoppers. Plus, it's really close to the airport. This is truly my dream room, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit❗ Service: The hotel has staff who speak Chinese, so communication was very smooth. They were always responsive to our requests. Big heart🫰🏻

The location is fantastic! Right downstairs, you'll find the Shilla Duty Free Shop and a CU convenience store. It's also super close to Mega Coffee and Paik's Coffee, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. I originally had some reservations about the service for a hotel in this price range, but from check-in, throughout my stay, and all the way to check-out, the service was absolutely excellent. The room was also very clean, with a minimalist yet sophisticated design, and many thoughtful, user-friendly touches. Definitely a thumbs up!

This time in Jeju Island, I chose the Bolton Hotel in the city center and booked a corner suite for three nights. Overall, the experience was excellent. The room was large and clean, and the staff helped us check in early in the afternoon. The hotel is basically very close to all parts of the city center. There's a convenience store downstairs, and you can walk to various dining options in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose Bolton again next time.

The hotel's location is fantastic 🏨. It was a quick 5300 KRW taxi ride from the airport, and I could walk everywhere from there! The front desk staff all spoke Chinese, so language wasn't an issue at all. Its location is definitely its best feature!
