Reve Hotel Jeju

For a hotel in Korea costing 300 RMB a night, it exceeded my expectations. It's perfect if you have an early flight the next day. Firstly, the location is great; it's only a six or seven-minute taxi ride to the airport. During my trip, it was easy to get a taxi. The front desk staff can speak Chinese, and although they say they can help call a taxi, there's actually no one at the front desk from 2 AM to 6 AM. Secondly, the room was clean and had a decent amount of space. You could easily open two suitcases without a problem, and the bathroom even had a separate wet and dry area. If I had to pick one downside, it would be the lack of a place to hang clothes.

The address is incorrect. It's called 'Leihu' on Trip.com, 'Dream Hotel' on Gaode Maps, and 'Sunshine Hotel' on Uber. I don't know what its real name is. The front desk only speaks Korean, and their English isn't very good either. When I opened the door, the room had a strong musty smell. The sheets were damp, and the wardrobe also smelled musty. There was a plastic sheet under the bed that kept crinkling. I only slept for a few hours because I had an early flight the next morning, but I woke up halfway through feeling itchy. The room is old and rundown. The only good thing is the location.

The room was very clean, just like a budget hotel in China. The front desk service was excellent, and there was even a gentleman who spoke very good Chinese. It's not far from Baojian Road, so we walked to nearby restaurants every day. They didn't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes, but shampoo and shower gel were available. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

We stayed for 6 nights in two rooms and had a fantastic experience: 1. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with no unpleasant odors, and everything felt quite new. The lobby on the first floor offered free coffee and tea. I probably had up to 4 cups of coffee a day, as I enjoyed buying ice from the convenience store and mixing it with the hotel's coffee – it tasted much better than the overly sweet coffee liquid from the convenience store. Just note that you'll need to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and comb. 2. The hotel is conveniently located in Jeju City, close to the airport. Shilla and Lotte duty-free shops are within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There are also many convenience stores just a few steps away, perfect for grabbing breakfast. 3. The service was excellent, especially from the gentleman who spoke Chinese. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions we had. He even turned on the lights for us when we went for coffee, which made us feel a bit embarrassed, but we were very grateful! Thank you so much!

The room was pretty clean and was tidied up daily. However, the trash can was too small, and there were no laundry facilities. They said no soupy food in the room, but you couldn't eat it downstairs either. It's a quick walk to Baojian Road, about ten minutes, and there's a bus stop right outside. Overall, it was good.

The location is very close to the airport, just a ten-minute bus ride. If you have an early flight the next day, this is a great place to stay. They provide all the essentials you need.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Highly recommended. The location is great and easy to find, close to everything. It's especially close to the pedestrian street, and just a short taxi ride from the airport.

I traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine.
