It’s was difficult to find the entrance access after you get dropped off from a bus
Service was utterly poor from management
Front desk wasn’t helpful
Room was big for nothing
Beddings were not new or fresh
I liked the bathtub needed to relax my nerves in it
It was a 5mins walk to the beach
Easy to get on a bus and has shops around
Bathroom was not user friendly
There were stains on the towels
No charging port close the bed area, I have to charge my phones under the desk.
Maybe give them a 1/5 for existing close to the beach.

Very good hotel. It’s not close to airport,but the distance is not that long (by taxi). Ordered taxi using airport wi-fi, payed by cash. Very nice receptionists. Clean room,pool on the roof with a nice view. There were not many people (in July). We arrived late but it wasn’t a problem to check in and there is a shop nearby which works at night. There are also some cafes and bars around. Beach is very close,you can go by walk. There are also restaurants and bars on the way. 100% good choice even if you stay for 2 nights.

Failed to provide basic amnities like soap and toilet tissues. When asked for it, they argued at first and was provided later on.
Room service only includes refreshing water bottles and new towels. (no bedding change)
Intercom system does not work at all.
Toilets do not have bidet.

挺好的，連續入住四天。距離海邊溜達着十分鐘也就到了。
房間空調有點吵，但是影響不大。

這次兩家5口在濟州玩了7天，住了兩個酒店，這是第一家入住的，酒店位置不算好，離鹹的海灘走路要20分鐘左右，不過邊上就有一家bhc炸雞，和cu便利，對於酒店的衞生和設施還是很滿意的，乾淨整潔。但説實話，對於酒店前台的服務還是不是很滿意，不管什麼問題她們第一時間的反應就是對你say no，可能覺得我們中國人事情比較多吧。我妹妹一家的房間，早上馬桶無法沖水，（她們這邊的馬桶都是電子自動沖水）和她們溝通，結果告訴我們，維修人員要11點上班，所以要11點才能去處理。早上大家都要使用衞生間我們再三要求，最後她和邊上的清潔阿姨商量了一下 ，清潔阿姨轉身拿了一個馬桶吸3秒鐘就處理好了（馬桶吸就放在前台邊上，可見是經常處理的。）

A nice place to stay but we arrived early and we are used to the hotel giving us a room early if it is available. They said we could get in a room early but we would have to pay. Not good customer service for travelers.
