We were lucky to be greeted by the guest services manager on arrival and friendly reception staff.
The room was extremely spacious and the view over the city and Hallasan was fantastic.
It was a shame we were only staying for a night. Location was really good and free parking in the basement for hotel guests.
It was just a short walk away from restaurants and shops.
I would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel and I enjoy the outdoor heated pool.
Specially wanted to mention Grand Hyatt Jeju staff Lyn Kwon who assisted us in checking in to the room and made us feel very comfortable and welcome!
She spoke good English ,very patient and am able to understand customer’s needs.

Loved everything about this place! SO SO SO good clean and room was huge! Major plus point has to be the cool small window in the room which gives so much ventilation and fresh air.

The hotel was dated and relatively new. Just a 10 mins drive from the airport. The rooms were clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite and approachable. Able to see plane landing at Jeju airport from our seaviews rooms.

Fast check in, friendly receptionist. Room is big, cozy and clean. Nice view and high floor. Definitely come back again next time. Highly recommended

Not for family travel with kids, kids arcade is for adult and big kids. Arrive at 1pm, the reception told us company policy even room available not allow to check in must wait until 3pm. Request to send luggage to the room, minimum waiting period is 30mins. What a joke for 5 stars hotel

The rooms are huge! Good base to explore Southwest and East sites. There's a free shuttle from hotel/resort to airport every 30 minutes, the bus is new and never full. The staff can be friendlier, service feels cold.
