Gloucester Hotel Jeju

The transportation is very convenient and the hotel's location is great. There are many restaurants nearby, and an Olive Young is just a short walk away. It's close to Lotte, and a bit further to Shilla. The hotel lobby offers luggage storage and a comfortable resting area with plenty of air conditioning! There's a 7-Eleven on the second floor of the hotel, and a CU across the street, making shopping, dining, and sightseeing incredibly convenient!

The room was pretty good. I was worried the king-sized bed room would be too small for two, so we booked a deluxe twin room, which felt spacious enough. We checked in an hour early, and they put us on the 17th floor with a great view – all the pictures I took were from the hotel's 17th floor. The room was much cleaner than I expected, and the bed was really soft. The cleaning staff came to tidy up every day, and having a fridge in the room was very convenient! The 7-Eleven on the second floor of the hotel was our must-visit spot after finishing our day's activities, perfect for grabbing drinks and instant noodles. The only downside was probably the bathtub; you have to be a bit careful when getting in to shower.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with excellent surrounding amenities and a superb location. It's very close to Healthcare Road and major duty-free shops. The front desk staff speak a little Chinese, and check-in is available from 3 PM.

It's super convenient that there's a 7-Eleven right inside the hotel. They also have their own parking lot 🅿️ and the room was very clean. It's really close to all the attractions too, which is a big plus. Highly recommend staying here! ❤️❤️👍

The hotel room bed was a bit small, and the shower/bathtub design wasn't very practical, causing water to easily seep out. The ceiling was also a bit low. However, the location was super convenient for getting around. It was only 2km to the airport by taxi, which was great. There were lots of convenience stores nearby like GS25, CU, and 7-Eleven. If you're looking for souvenirs, there are many small shops in the area. It's also very close to Baojian Road Pedestrian Street, just a short walk away. Xingwang Road has a lot of local niche brands, so you won't have to worry about shopping or dining. Downstairs, there's fried chicken and gamjatang (pork bone potato soup).

Facilities: The smart toilet and Wi-Fi were great, but the shower being in the bathtub was a bit inconvenient, and the bathroom was a little small – I had to dry my hair outside. There's a mirror directly opposite the bed, so be aware if that bothers you. Hygiene: The hygiene was very good; the room was clean and tidy overall, and housekeeping did a thorough job. Environment: The location is excellent, close to Baojian Road, and an easy walk to both duty-free shops. There's a 7-Eleven right in the hotel, souvenir shops nearby, a CU convenience store across the street, and it's very close to the airport. Overall, it's very convenient. Service: I requested not to have an end room when booking, but that's what I got. There was a slight smell in the hallway. The front desk staff weren't very communicative, and luggage storage was just next to the front desk, unsupervised.

The location is super convenient! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, and great for shopping too. You can walk to Baojian Road, and it's not far from the duty-free shop. Check-in at the front desk was quite fast, but not very flexible. I had booked three nights in a row, but because I had booked different room types, I ended up with three separate reservations. I asked if they could be flexible and let me stay in the same room to avoid checking in and out every day, but they couldn't accommodate. I still had to check out and check back in daily, which was a real hassle.

The location is quite good. It's convenient to get around, and the pedestrian street is not far once you step out. The hotel facilities are decent. I didn't take any pictures of them. These photos are all of the surrounding area. The potato soup nearby was good, and the restaurant in the third picture was so good I ate there three times. You can store your luggage, but the service attitude is just okay. There's no Chinese-speaking staff at all. You can't check in early. It costs 10,000 won to check in an hour early. After paying 10,000 KRW and discussing it, I was able to check in 1 hour and 15 minutes early.
