Jeju Sun Hotel

A 15-minute walk to Health Road, this price offers incredible value for money. The service was excellent; in the morning, I couldn't get an Uber to the airport, and the staff enthusiastically helped me hail a taxi using a local ride-sharing app right away.

Our last night in Jeju was spent on the 9th floor of the hotel, offering direct views of Jeju's northern sea and the airport control tower. It was a twin room. The beds were very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary mineral water and disposable slippers provided. However, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not included.

The location is great and convenient for transportation. There's a sauna, but it closes a bit early around 9:30 or 10 PM. Breakfast is good, but it's quite quiet with very few people. There are also almost no entertainment facilities. It's suitable for a pure stay, but not if you're looking for entertainment.

The front desk lady who spoke Chinese was refined and polite. The luggage storage process, from filling out the card to retrieving items, was handled professionally. The cleaning staff tidied up our room daily. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to catch a bus right outside. The power outlets didn't require an adapter for charging. We also appreciated the excellent service when they helped quiet down the noisy room next door. All these details left us with a deep and wonderful impression. Not to mention the beautiful, shimmering green waters of Jeju Island, the delicious fried chicken, fish cake soup, Jajangmyeon, BBQ, and tangerine soufflé, as well as the cosmetics and bread chips from Olive Young. It was truly a worthwhile trip.

The room type was indeed spacious, but the large bed was right at the entrance. Even with all the lights on, the room felt a bit dim. Surprisingly, this room type didn't have a separate shower, so you had to shower in the bathtub. There are several convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel entrance, making it quite convenient for getting around. I recommend the 7-Eleven across the street to the left of the hotel; the staff there are very kind. However, avoid the CU across the barrier to the right; an elderly staff member kept pushing Chinese customers while stocking shelves, showing absolutely no manners. The cashier, a Korean man, deliberately didn't give chopsticks to a customer who bought instant noodles and also refused to help pack purchased items. This was the worst service I encountered in Korea, absolutely appalling.

Great hotel, located in Yeon-dong city center. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Jeju Airport, and they even offer a free airport shuttle. Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops are within walking distance, as are Baojian Road, convenience stores, and various Korean restaurants. It's super convenient for shopping and dining. There's a bus stop nearby too, making it easy to get to all the attractions.

The hotel's location is quite good, and it's very convenient to get to the airport, about ten minutes away. Healthcare Road is just a few steps downstairs. Overall, a good rating.

Great service, very welcoming! The room was soundproofed really well, so it was quiet all night long.
