The room was a bit small, but it had everything I needed. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which was super convenient for grabbing breakfast. Check-in was easy; they sent the access code to my email beforehand.

Upon arrival, checking in was a bit of a scramble for me as it's a fully self-service process where you have to do everything yourself. After completing registration, the system provides a room password, which then allows direct access to your room. The moment I stepped into the room, I felt like all the previous hassle was worth it. The room's facilities and overall quality are quite impressive for Jeju Island. The large balcony, in particular, was a real bonus. In the afternoon, the sunlight slowly streamed through the curtains, making the entire room feel incredibly warm and cozy, inviting you to simply sit back and relax.

Arrived in Jeju quite late, so I stayed here for a night as a stopover. It's a fully self-service hotel apartment; both check-in and check-out are done via email links. The room is very well-equipped with everything from pots, pans, and dishes to a washing machine and refrigerator. The bathroom is also quite spacious. They also offer luggage storage service, which you can easily manage by following the instructions in the email. One area for improvement: the check-in/check-out page is entirely in Korean, without even an English option. This means you have to translate it yourself, which isn't very convenient.

At first, we had trouble checking in because our phones ran out of battery, so we couldn’t contact the host for the self check-in. However, once we got in, we really appreciated the spacious kitchen, the convenient location, and how well-equipped the place was. It had everything we needed, including a washer, with a paid dryer available downstairs. Very close to Nuwemaru Street too. Overall, it was a great stay!

Location: Excellent! Understanding the check-in and check-out process was incredibly convenient. The hygiene was also very good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. I usually stay in five-star hotels, but I felt this place was also great! It's not luxurious, but it's perfect for a shopping trip to Korea.

Clean room, complete amenities as if you’re home. The accommodation have washer, kitchen utensils, microwave, induction cooker, and steam iron. Perfect for light travelers who want to wash their clothes before flying out. This is also a perfect location for tourists who wants to avail group tours as it is very near Shilla Duty Free Store, the meeting place of most tours.

Room had everything I needed. Washing machine with laundry detergent, microwave, stove with cooking pots and utensils, drying rack, 2 water bottles and kettle. It was more than I expected. Downstairs there is a convenience store and it’s right along the Jeju city shopping belt with lots of food option. 10 min ride from airport. Highly recommend.

I'm writing this review responsibly and fairly. First, the positives: Since it's an apartment building shared with other hotels, the room comes with a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, an induction hob, a range hood, and basic cutlery. This means you can buy groceries and cook your own meals. The balcony offers sea and airport views (assuming you get a west-facing room, which isn't selectable). Downstairs, there are various convenience stores, a snack street, and the Shilla Duty Free Shop is right next door. The amenities are very comprehensive. Now for the issues: Before booking, be aware of this hotel's bizarre policies. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. I understand many Japanese and Korean hotels have check-in times of 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM, but I've never encountered a 4:00 PM check-in before. There's no front desk or staff, so you need to keep an eye on your email for the room's door lock code. This leads to my next point: the confirmation email has important content with English translations, but to see the actual room information, you need to click a link in the email. That page is entirely in Korean with no language selection option whatsoever. The best solution is to use two phones to take pictures and translate. Check-out also requires you to click into a check-out email and confirm in the same system. Cleaning is charged, which is literally the first time in my life I've ever heard of this. I've never seen a hotel charge 30,000 Korean won for cleaning, which is about 140 RMB. And, upon entering the room right after check-in, there were two large plastic bags of pure trash on the balcony – leftover food, used tissues, etc. I contacted customer service, and someone who seemed to be the apartment manager came to remove them. Is this the level of cleaning you get for 30,000 won? If you think I'm overreacting, then keep reading. I have pictures of the hotel's response when I asked Ctrip to request room cleaning. A small amount of blood got on the sheets during my companion's period. In China, this would be no big deal; a washing machine handles it easily. However, the hotel demanded a 10,000 won cleaning fee. If you say I shouldn't compare it to Chinese standards, then what I don't understand is why they emphasize "to ensure your comfortable stay"? Who feels comfortable without cleaning? Isn't that a contradiction? This was the only hotel during my trip to Korea where charging was an issue. The room only had Korean two-pin outlets and two USB ports on a power strip, with no adapters provided. If the hotel only plans to host Korean guests, they should announce it on their homepage. Otherwise, it's not just Chinese tourists who will find it very inconvenient. Overall, my impression is that this is a chain hotel brand with its own minimalist management system, but it clearly minimizes investment in human resources. The actual performance of this hotel completely fails to live up to the brand's desired efficient model of convenient self-service for guests and cost savings for the hotel. The price of this hotel is not low, and with the same budget, there's absolutely no reason to choose it.
