Location & Facilities: The hotel’s location is perfect, walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Having a 24-hour convenience store, souvenir shop, and various eateries (BBQ Chicken, Pizza, Coffee) right in the lobby was incredibly convenient for traveling with a child and an elderly parent. Parking was also plentiful.
The Room: We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our Suite. It featured two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with comfortable floor mattresses. The fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, and dish soap included) was a highlight; we loved cooking late-night Ramyeon!
Cleanliness & Service: The hotel maintains high standards. I especially appreciated the organized trash disposal area on the floor that we stayed.
Regarding service, the staff was attentive and helpful, especially during a fire drill. While we understand these drills are infrequent, the initial announcements were entirely in Korean, causing confusion and worry for our family. English was only used at the final moment for the "evacuate" command. Although the front desk staff was very eager to explain using a translator, it would be much better if all informative announcements were provided in English to prevent unnecessary panic.
Overall: A fantastic, family-friendly choice. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jeju!
