Recensie Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Villa Marta was not good. We booked a room here (for 1 night) online via *********** for €72. The advertisement said that this room came with a balcony. For us this is very important and we booked here mainly because of the balcony. When we arrived at Hotel Villa Marta, we got a room without balcony. This is not as promised, and first they didn’t want to offer us the room with balcony which we deserved. Only after saying we wanted to cancel our booking and move to another hotel, we suddenly got the room with balcony. we eventually got the new room with balcony which sounded good at first, but it turned out this was a room with many defects. The shower head was broken so we couldn’t shower properly, there was mold in the bathroom and there were dirty spots on the furniture. Also there was a huge dead plant kn the balcony (which took about 1/3 of the balcony space) and there are no basic facilities like a fridge or safe.

Me veo en la obligación pública de decir que se tenga mucho cuidado con este lugar, estaba todo sucio, manchas en el colchón de dudosa procedencia, toallas que no pudimos utilizar precisamente porque estaban sucias, y para colmo, mi pareja y yo hemos pillado pie de atleta !! No esperábamos mucho de este lugar al tener 2 estrellas, pero la limpieza debe ser un mínimo e indispensable sobre todo cuando puedes hacer que tus huéspedes se vayan con problemas de salud por culpa de las instalaciones....

El peor sitio donde me he alojado. Las habitaciones no están limpias, el baño deja mucho que desear, He tenido toda la noche la luz de emergencia de la habitación encendiéndose y apagándose, y la solución que me han ofrecido desde recepción es cubrir la luz con una toalla. Después el desagradable olor a bajante en todo el hotel. Y en la habitación ya era insoportable.

-Hotel sin recepción abierta y sin ningún timbre para llamar, al no estar avisado de esto no sabía que hacer porque no llevaba el móvil con batería, aunque el chico debió verme y salió rápidamente. -Atención muy poco cuidada, no me invito ni a sentarme mientras me realizaba el check in y no me miraba mientras me explicaba los datos básicos, debe ser que no ha trabajado nunca en atención al público. -La habitación con una ventana minúscula dentro de la ducha, sombría y oscura, con un mobiliario penitenciario, muy parecido a una cárcel. Nada que ver con la imagen genérica que corresponderá a otra habitación de mejores calidades del hotel. Paredes, cabecero y ropa de cama en un estado regular, manchas y roces.

Muy agradable, tiene un Hall muy bonito y moderno. Personal educado y atento, edificio reformado y bonito. Las habitaciones cómodas y silenciosas. Con contraseña para entrar al edificio y para las habitaciones. Muy céntrico cerca de todo y de la Renfe. Lo recomiendo. Volveré. 🥰

La habitación era tam diminuta que al no tener armario y tener q dejar la maleta en el suelo teniamos q cruzarla subiendonos a la cama. Tenía un ventanuco de 40 cm. Que daba a un patio de tuberías de aproximadamente 1 metro cuadrado. Todo es cutre, barato y está cayendose. Mucho asco y mucha rabia. No os alojeis aquí
