We stayed at Grand Resort for 4 nights with my family and enjoyed every single day. In the mornings staff would welcome us in the breakfasts especially the waiter Vahe who was willingly helping us. We also had dinners there, special mention to Erik who was so kind to us, always smiling and helping us while deciding what to order. Receptionists from spa made our stay exceptional, they were always patiently answering to all our questions. And of course we are thankful to the manager Mr. Gagik for being so professional and made sure our stay was going well.

A beautiful big hotel with super comfortable large room. Bathroom was great, bed comfortable, pillows nice and overall very good place to stay. We walked half a mile to a local restaurant that was delicious and the path was off the main street and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel. You can walk to the waterfall from here but we had already visited so there was no need.

Nice hotel with clean room and beautiful view. They also have good facilities with gym, swimming pool, massage, jacuzzi, sauna. I got a massage and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Although, I can’t say the same for the food. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and food was very bland. I had chicken sandwich for dinner and the chicken had no flavor at all. It was over cooked and I felt like I was eating rubber. I would stay here again for the facilities but will definitely eat somewhere else next time.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Dinner and breakfast are included and they are definitely some of the best I’ve had anywhere when traveling, with the buffet menu changing every day and full of various vegetarian as well as meat entrees. The rooms are more than adequate in terms of size and cleanliness. Also the spa options are wonderful and very affordable. Would stay again!

Amazing hotel in Jermuk. The room is spacious and the view is so peaceful. It is overlooking the lake and the mountains. The food is delicious. The spa and the medical treatments are relaxing. The doctor checks your overall health and recommends the best treatment for you. Jermuk waterfall is 5 minute drive from the hotel. It is worth visiting it

This hotel has plenty of amenities to keep older kids entertained. Food is good with a buffet, but if that doesn’t suit your taste there is a la cart for more western foods such as burgers and clubhouse sandwich (recommended). Hotel rooms are nice, clean and spacious. There is also a medical spa which was alright. Pool, jacuzzi, pool table and table tennis we enjoyed more. The grounds are lovely with woods close by for walking amongst beautiful apple and birch trees (found a lane in from the Main Street). There is also hot spring water that comes out of beautiful taps that people drink from for health purposes outside the hotel.The hotel made the stay in Jermuk so pleasant. Staff are all accommodating.

Very disappointing waste of money. We took the all inclusive with medical treatments. All meals were buffet style with nothing to tell you what any of the dishes were, hot food was luke warm at best, Whilst some dishes were delicious in general the food was quite bland and repetitive. The medical treatments were badly run, people everywhere without masks and at no stage did I feel I was actually being cared for. The rooms however were very comfortable and some of the staff lovely.
