"The hotel conveniently located next to PATH train which connects to lower Manhattan area. The position also very nice as you can enjoy the Manhattan skyline as soon as you exit the hotel. "Would definitely recommend this hotel for it's convenient location, within 5 mins walk of Newport Path station and nice neighbourhood. Easy to get to and from Manhattan without the price tag of more central hotels. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious and perfect for a family stay with children. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to come back to a refreshed, clean and tidy room after a long day of sightseeing."

It's a great brownstone ambiance living here in the Greenville section of jersey city, lots of restaurants in the area : west side ave area; there is st. peters university & jersey city college nearby; journal square path train is 9mins away & there r local bus routes steps away on John f Kennedy blvd
Uber, bus & train r the best ways of getting around, guests can also drive but parking is a little bit kinda tough in the area, guests should read street signs carefully & follow rules
There is a security code for each door & front door that will be provided before guests check in, we currently don't allow pets & no smoking.

Backyard Winter Wonderland during winter months - we have 3 tall patio heater to allow you to enjoy the outdoor area while still staying warm. Guests will need to pay $35/tank for a refill or guests can bring their own tanks. Or you can use our fire pits with wood.

Parties or unauthorized guests are not allowed. Absolutely no drugs, drunkenness anywhere near the house, or smoking indoors. I am open to discussing events (brunch, birthday, anniversary, bachelorettes, etc) but you will need to get permission and discuss the details with myself first. I have extra tables, chairs, and can help set up a beautiful occasion. I have even hosted a small intimate wedding. Additional fee or deposit may be requested.
PET FRIENDLY:
We love furry friends! Breed must be provided upon booking. Additional cleaning fee will be added to reservation to allow us to thoroughly clean home after visit. Local dog parks will be shared upon check in. Pet bowls and scratch post provided in home.
Note:
Safety is our #1 priority. Our home is equipped with 3 Ring cameras (outside only- front, side, & back entrances), smart locks, and security system to give you peace of mind and security during your stay.
The apartment has its own private entrance. There is an electronic smart keypad door lock for access and a unique access code will be given to you prior to your arrival. Full sole access to private and fenced backyard.

Backyard Winter Wonderland during winter months - we have 3 tall patio heater to allow you to enjoy the outdoor area while still staying warm. Guests will need to pay $35/tank for a refill or guests can bring their own tanks. Or you can use our fire pits with wood.

I am open to discussing events (brunch, birthday, anniversary, bachelorettes, etc) but you will need to get permission and discuss the details with myself first. I have extra tables, chairs, and can help set up a beautiful occasion. I have even hosted a small intimate wedding. Additional fee or deposit may be requested.
PET FRIENDLY:
We love furry friends! Breed must be provided upon booking. Additional cleaning fee will be added to reservation to allow us to thoroughly clean home after visit. Local dog parks will be shared upon check in. Pet bowls and scratch post provided in home.

Safety is our #1 priority. Our home is equipped with 3 Ring cameras (outside only- front, side, & back entrances), smart locks, and security system to give you peace of mind and security during your stay.
