Jerusalem Gate Hotel

Location is central and good for public transport accessibility!

I was here for a few days, and it's in a central location, very clean, has great food and the staff were kind and helpful.

My stay at the Jerusalem Gate Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few disappointing parts. Some of the staff made me feel a bit unwelcome at times, and the synagogue was not available when I needed it, which was inconvenient. The room also felt somewhat outdated and gray, and housekeeping could have paid a little more attention to detail when making the bed. With some improvements to service and room upkeep, the experience could be much better.

Good breakfast food Very well located in the city, however it is located on top of the main junction at the entrance of the city, so there is more or less constant traffic hooting outside your window, with resistant cars and buses rushing past you

Washroom was not clean. Missing bedsheet between comforter and mattress cover. Location is ideal. Very central.

Great location in Jerusalem next to central bus station. Check-in was efficient. Room nice. Breakfast pretty standard.

Room was in good condition. Recommend that the no-Jewish guest be informed that there is no service on Shabat. Elevator is too slow.

The room was spotless and newly renovated. The shabbat meal was superb and the dining area was huge. The lighting of the Hanukkah candles was spectacular. The staff was friendly and professional. It seems to be a well run hotel.

The hotel was extremely noisy - all through the day and night. You could hear through the walls.
