21st Floor Hotel

I traveled solo to Israel and stayed in hotel for 3 nights. Check-in was smooth. Room was ready. Clean. Fresh. Nice. It was my second time staying at this hotel and will go back again if I need to in the future. Highly recommend.

This is a group of apartments on the entire 21st floor in a residential/commercial bldg. The main lobby has a doorman and on the 21st floor there is a front desk office which is helpful for dropping off luggage etc. staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated communicating via What’s Ap. Great location and price IMO. Free coffee machine also a nice plus. I would stay here again. Thanks!

A hidden gem of Jerusalem, the "21st Floor Hotel" is perched on the 21st floor of the oldest skyscraper of the city (City Tower.) It is located in the heart of Jerusalem, a five minute walk to the Mahane Yehudah Shuk (outdoor market.) This luxury hotel has it all. The staff was amazing and responsive 24/7. The 2-story apartments are well-appointed with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a breathtaking view overlooking the city. View was amazing. The apartment had a cool vibe. The hot water didn’t work for the last 24 hours, they offered to move me. So I can’t complain.

The building feels outdated and the surrounding area isn’t inviting. The elevator opens into dark, dim hallways, and the wall-to-wall carpets haven’t been vacuumed properly — you can see dirt on them. The rooms lack charm, with stains on the toilets, poorly done silicone around the fixtures, and a sweet, suffocating smell despite the no-smoking policy. The reception area looks more like an office than a hotel lobby. The bedroom had poor lighting, and one of the bulbs didn’t work. One of the towels had a hole in it, and overall the towels weren’t white and looked old and tired. The sheets felt the same. The kitchen was relatively clean, but the sink fixtures haven’t been replaced in a long time. Overall, the place doesn’t feel clean. Really disappointing.

Kids have to climb stairs to go to toilets in the night. Pull out sofa is uncomfortable and barely works. Found hair balls on main bed. Headboard is falling apart. Feels cramped and claustrophobic Central location.

This place had lots of potential but falls flat in many ways - badly in need of upkeep - peeling walls, etc. Front desk is not manned even during the hours it's supposed to be open - the description does not clearly spell out that you need to go up a narrow staircase, with no handrails to get to the bedroom and bathroom. We did not receive bottled water, no concierge - basically fend for yourself - and the gym/spa costs an additional fee. There is paid parking but it costs more than twice what the front desk told us to expect. Truth in advertising would be welcomed - very unfortunate.

Excellent location and very comfortable. Clean but can be maintained slightly better. Would definitely stay there again
