Amazing stay for weekend. Staff was very professional and attentive. Comfortable family connecting rooms. Location is perfect near mall, western wall, and restaurants. Breakfast and sabbath meals were gourmet and all you can eat. Can’t wait to come back.

The Inbal is located in a great location, in a safe area, walkable to the old city, the “new” areas (Ben Yehuda /King George St.) and great parks. The hotel is very nice with great facilities for fitness, swimming and ease of parking. Breakfast is excellent with endless choices of quality middle eastern and American food. The only constructive criticism I have for the hotel is some of the staff is not very friendly and welcoming like you would find in a similar quality hotel in Tel Aviv. This is our third visit to the Inbal over the years… we would return again just with lower expectations.

The Inbal is very well located. It is walkable to the old city, Mamilla, First Station and many parks. The staff is helpful and generally friendly. Breakfasts are the wonderful Israeli-style that sets you up for the day. Biggest gripe is things could be cleaner and fresher in the public areas - seat covers definitely need an upgrade. And cleaning in the rooms could stand a bit of an upgrade. Vacuuming! Criticisms aside, I would stay here again.

Superbly managed hotel. Clean, friendly staff, responsive to requests. We had a 9-night stay here, and it was truly a wonderful experience in every way.
I would highly recommend the Inbal, and would be absolutely willing to return on our next stay in Israel.

Don’t waste time and money on this below par hotel. It is not worth half its stars, specially as it fails every aspect of customer service. Even when they agree that the service experience was poor, their only response is to “ask for names” and not correct the problem! “Who said it? Who did what?” But never “let me take care of it.” It fails every level of basic customer service.
Pass this hotel, there are many options in Jerusalem.
We will not go back, that’s for sure.

High end hotel with quality staff. A great location for walking to the German colony, downtown Jerusalem and about 25 minutss to the Jaffa Gate. Especially good location if you want to avoid the intensity of the Jerusalem commercial center but still be able to walk to it.
