一進房間一股很嚴重的煙味，沒有一次性拖鞋。窗户很小，光線不好，空調外機也很響，晚不隔音晚上都能聽到旁邊在打麻將。

房間大小還行，窗户太高了有點像監獄的感覺，不過價錢也合適，衞生還可以，但是服務太差了根本沒有服務意識態度極其怠慢，來前台開房也不會起身坐着全程開完房像個老佛爺一樣中午外面吃完飯回來找前台開個門找一圈沒人，後面沙發上坐半天叫好大聲才從那個小閣樓裏爬出來一個長頭髮的***估計躲裏面睡著了，這是我住過服務最差的酒店，希望老闆能重視這個問題，讓客人住的愉悦，最起碼客人要有求能找到人

房間洗漱台上很多灰塵，沒有房型説升級到電競房，但電腦不讓用
住的在三樓，但沒有電梯，有行李很不方便，同事酒店一次性拖鞋需要另付款5元，不送拖鞋上樓
