保潔員的態度很惡劣，而且最噁心的就是打掃環節。
廁所地漏下不了水，整個廁所淹了。結果那保潔員跟個大爺一樣，態度挺狠。最噁心的就是用簸箕把水盛起來，倒到馬桶時，馬桶的坐便蓋居然不翻起來，簡直就是噁心到極點。
設施太破舊了。
就這保潔員的服務態度和狠勁。
衹能給差評。
貪小便宜，訂了便宜酒店，衹能接受這樣的服務態度和衞生狀況。

酒店位於一個開放式居民區裏，不臨街，比較安靜，酒店前身應該是麗楓酒店，配置比較好，例如中央空調，廁所電話，觸摸燈控等等，酒店衞生條件很棒，床品乾淨，洗漱用品是麗楓的品質不錯！當然缺點也很明顯，那就是沒有電梯，一共三層都需要爬樓梯！

不得不承認，這麼多收藏是有原因的，商務出差，入住感受非常好。
1.床是真的舒服，多年的失眠都給治好了，特意看了一下床墊品牌:慕思。拍照發給媳婦，讓媳婦到網上去找，必須買一個同款，但是沒找到，等待店主答復發我連結。
2.酒店不臨街，晚上特別安靜，衞生條件非常好，衞浴間洗澡時自動給放歐式音樂，這**待遇還是第一次感受到。
3.全國出差，最南到深圳，最北到大興安嶺漠河，個人感受集安算是全國最好的一座小城，沒有之一，羨慕生活在這座小城的人們。

對於房間非常不滿意，首先要拎着行李🧳爬2層，過了防火門，樓道里味道都絕了，頂人一跟頭。房間面積很小，設施老化，電視是壞的（入住時前台有告知），屋內所有U口都是壞的，打電話給前台送來三個接頭。訂了兩間房其中一間空調衹有熱風沒冷風。浴室淋雨最誇張，被冷水淋了兩次，大家看好開關方向再開。早晨5點被樓下小區養的雞🐔叫醒，前台沒有微波爐帶回的早點沒法加熱。總之不推薦不推薦不推薦
