To turn on the air conditioner, I have to apply for it. This is the first time I heard that TM has stayed in so many hotels. I didn’t know when to turn off the central air-conditioning for the first night. I woke up at 6 in the morning. Staying for the second night, I was awake at midnight and three o'clock in the middle of the night, and had to call the front desk to turn on the air-conditioning. In the afternoon of the second day of check-in, the outdoor temperature was 28, and the afternoon nap was too hot, so let the air conditioner be turned on. The customer service said that he needed to apply to the manager. Staying on the third night, the night temperature was as low as 17 degrees to avoid being awakened many times. People who rely heavily on air-conditioning, don't stay here, cheating hotel

酒店不是很新.在温泉酒店邊上，但不是温泉酒店！！！酒店總層3層，房間算多.那就註定會有很長的走廊，七彎八拐，走的很遠！

路過嘉禾入住華天大酒店，酒店房間比較大，還有陽台，服務人員挺熱情的，性價比還是很好的，自駕入住還不錯的。

服務特別好，尤其是一位叫李平英的大姐，我來入住酒店兩次了，每次都是大姐幫我將西裝和襯衣熨好。非常感謝李平英大姐，讓我感受到了湖南人的熱情、質樸、善良。我一定會帶着妻子來這個縣城轉轉，那時一定還會入住這個酒店。希望還能看到李平英大姐。祝李平英大姐身體健康、一切順利！

酒店滿意，但攜程的定價太有問題了，一直看網上説老客户比新客户要貴，比在酒店直接開房還貴，這次是自己遇到了

這是目前來説住過的最差的華天！ 不對 算是這個級別最差的酒店。 基礎設施： 酒店牆面開裂 浴室門膠條脱落 洗手盆上全是膠。 房間電話打不通前台普通擺設。 洗個澡需要候着他們的熱水30分鐘以上 服務態度： 服務態度真的巨差。發現有問題找了客房 就叫了個阿姨過來瞄了一眼 沒了後續 投入到客服部經理 截止到離店沒有一個人有一個説法和方案。 真是最差的一次酒店

酒店環境幽雅，處於鬧市中心。設施完善齊全，房間很大。可惜沒有和温泉聯動，用餐不方便，有待加強。期待下次入住
